DIRECT BEACHFRONT Condo at Sugar Beach Resort

Unit 115 comfortably sleeps 4 - King size bed in bedroom and queen hide abed in living room. TV is located in the living room . Fully furnished unit including beach towels and beach chairs. Views of Haleakala and West Maui Mountains from your lanai - amazing sunsets nightly - ocean sounds 24/7. Walk the 7 miles of beach literally steps from the lanai of unit 115. Pool is heated - the hot tub and pool deck open until 10:00 PM.

During the 2nd week of September every year the pool is closed for maintenance (starting the 2nd Monday in September). Also enjoy the sauna, gas barbeques and a putting green. Parking for unit115 is covered.

Located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport, Wailea, and Lahaina. Grocery shopping and 100's of restaurants just minutes away. Registered guests only.

Clean unit with comfortable bed and great access to the beach. Good view from patio. Only thing that bothered us was that the WiFi would go in and out so our phones and the tv wouldn’t stay connected to it - other than that, good place to stay.

Great stay at Sugar Beach

Excellent ground floor location with direct access to the beach. Close to pool, bar/restaurant, tour operators, etc. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Family Vacation

My husband and I took our daughter to Maui for a senior graduation trip. We loved the first floor walk out condo steps from the beach, view, and amenities. Sugar Beach is a beautiful location and we had a great vacation.

What a view

Sugar Beach was just as I remembered from my childhood. We enjoyed the white sand beach, and pool area only steps from our lanai. The unit was well stocked for our cooking needs., and the bed was super comfy. The view from the lanai was amazing!

Great location

The place was just like the photos. The beach proximity is literally steps from the patio. The furnishings are comfortable including the bed. The central AC was very welcome as that is not the norm in Hawaii. It would be nice if there were beach chairs available but the beach towels provided worked.

Like being in Paradise

On bottom floor overlooking ocean. Nice to hear and see ocean every morning with our coffee. Our rooster friend came around most mornings while we watched the whales. Condo had great furnishings especially the bed, so comfy. Recommend Sugarbeach.

Sugar Beach Retreat-great place for peace and quiet

Sugar Beach resort was quiet and located near the end of the resort strip. Very little foot traffic across the beach in front of the condo. The condo was on ground floor, easy to access and the lanai was amazing. Ocean views right from the patio. Spent many mornings and evenings listening to the surf and watching the whales. The condo was clean and clutter free. Everything was available to prepare food. The king bed was amazing and super comfortable comforter. We would definetly stay here again.

Lovely getaway

Our stay at unit 115 Sugar Beach Resort was lovely. We loved the sunset from our patio each evening, it’s really something that sets this location apart from others on the island. The amenities were great, unit and property was well taken care of. The bed and linens were comfortable and so many nice touches and updates have been done. Being that the unit is on the first floor it’s very easy to access but also means that you can’t leave the doors open at night for safety reasons. Kihei has a higher level of homelessness nearby than other resort communities. We found that it wasn’t as busy of an area which was a huge plus, but it does lack some of the large resort shops and dining experiences if that’s what you’re looking for. Kihei is a smaller less tourist community so you will drive a lot to beaches and other experiences - a rental car is ideal. Overall the unit and our stay at sugar beach was wonderful and we highly recommend this unit.

Great Views!

Overall, had a really great stay. The views are just as described. Ocean is right out the front door with sea turtles surfing in the waves. The bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you night need to cook. Appreciated the starter kit. Wifi was sufficient for 3 of us. Limited dining options without driving, just one sandwich shop you can walk to. Most people probably don't do laundry on vacation, but we do. There seems to be an issue with the ventilation when the dryer is running even when following the directions to keep the bathroom fan on. Parking is close and easy. Pool and hot tub are great. No adult only hours, but the kids that were there were very well behaved and not disruptice. This is more of a resort issue, but they don't make it easy to recycle. Overall, very satisfied and would return again!!!

Wonderful condo

Excellent location, central to most everything you’d want to do. Beach front was so nice everyday and at sunset. Super clean and well equipped condo. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

We had a fantastic stay! Location was in a very chill, and quiet part of North Kihei. Perfect point that offers short drive to downtown Kihei, but also offers central spot to easily access Wilea, Upcountry, and North Maui. Covered parking for your rental too. Enjoy waking up with a beautiful ocean view every morning!

Everything was as advertised. The location itself is the best on the island. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a relaxing place not in the middle of everywhere. But very close to everywhere.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was STUNNING. Very clean, has everything you need to cook and stay a while. The bath towels are thick and so soft! Check in and check out was so easy! The pool was my kids favorite! And they even have a sauna which we loved!! 12/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

This was a wonderful location to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. Kehei is a great place for dining and adventure with lots of stuff to do.

Great Location

We loved the location and being on the ground floor for easy access to the beach. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beach and pool in the late afternoon when the winds picked up. Sugar Beach is centrally located and was very easy to travel the the beaches on west Maui as well as south Maui. This will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Maui.

This place was amazing. We arrived 4 hrs early. I would’ve booked the day before if I would have known the check in time was 4pm. The pull out couch needs a new mattress. All in all 💯😊❤️.

Great stay

Great communication! Very clean. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Nicely decorated. Could have used more than 1 roll of toilet paper for staying for a week for a family of 4, and also would have been nice to have some shampoo/conditioner more than the small trial size (just the cheap stuff!).
