Our beautifully furnished condo on the second floor is a remarkable 30 feet from the Pacific ocean.

Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei. It is centrally located on the island and close to amenities such as groceries, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. There are two six-story buildings at the Resort with elevators. Sugar Beach which fronts the property offers exceptional sunsets and is great for swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks on the soft sandy beach, turtle gazing and spectacular seasonal whale watching.

Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean, children's wading pool, and sauna. There is a well-maintained gas barbeque area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's Sandwich and Bar, On-site Massage and FREE on-site parking.

As soon as you walk into our condo you will see spectacular views of the ocean and from our lanai, you will see a panoramic view of the Pacific along with views of Molokini and other islands. Everything is provided, including central air conditioning, Tommy Bahama decor, and a private lanai where you can enjoy your meals, have a glass of wine or just read a book. We also have a keyless entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys. All that awaits is your arrival so you can begin your stay and enjoy a fabulous Hawaiian experience!

Inside the condo you have a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, SmartTV flat screen with full cable in living room and bedroom which BOTH have wireless internet and HDMI, ceiling fan in the bedroom, with full king-size bed, FREE wireless internet, FREE long distance phone between Canada and US, Bluetooth sound system, private lanai, luxury linens, bath towels and beach towels, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler and much more!

We welcome you to our home!

We believe in having similar amenities available to us as we do at our home in Vancouver. Our primary desire is to have a home away from home.

We have three children and know how great it is to get away to enjoy "Family" (Ohana). This is the primary purpose for the condo for people to have an escape from everyday life and reconnect, relax and enjoy a beautiful holiday in Maui!

As business people, we can appreciate there are times when we do have to contact the outside world. It's important to be able to do this as easy as possible because the faster you can clear your work schedule the faster you can get back to enjoying your holiday. That is why we have FREE wireless internet and FREE long distance throughout the US and Canada.

The registration office not friendly when we first checked in. Then they registered us and gave us code. Went to room and code would not work as it was not 4:00. Management office was not on same page as registration office. Very quiet condo. That was positive.

Average stay, condo was minimal with minimum amenities. The balcony had a great view, however the floor was carpeted and when it rained the floor remained wet, seating was nice. So I know the weather is out of a host’s control, however we were there when the storm of the decade (Kona Low) happened…we were without power for over 2 days, water was leaking from the ceiling, water was pouring in from the sliding glass door, parking lot flooded and ruined our rental car and there was mud everywhere! I messaged the host to let her know what was happening, but no empathy or concern about what was happening not only to her condo, but to us personally. She never asked once if we were safe, if we needed anything or if there was something that she could do! Also there were emergency supplies, no flashlight or candles.

This was such a great location, close to everything and the views were amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook, wrap up and save, full fridge, washer and dryer in the unit even! We had breakfast and dinner pretty much every night on the balcony!

The unit it self was nice, could use a new bed. location was great. The only problem was construction going on all day on the units next door. The noise was so loud in the room we had to leave for the day. Pretty disappointed for the money we spent. Feel like we should be reimbursed for the stay.

Checkin/out was easy, parking is plentiful and our condo had a great ocean view. This unit has been updated from what I can tell and has all the kitchen gear you may need and Full size appliances as well as a washer/dryer are nice to have. The beach is steps away, you can walk forever if you wish. And when your done with your walk the pool and or hot tub will call your name. I would stay here again.

Beautiful patio, amazing views!

Our favorite thing to do was to sit on the beautiful patio and watch/listen to the waves. The only improvement we would recommend would be to upgrade the mattress but other then that this was a perfect condo for our stay. My family had 3 other condos and everyone liked ours the best. Life is easy

The sounds of ocean waves, morning walks on sand beach right outside the balcony and easy access to other parts of island make this location exceptional. The condo is nicely updated. Building was older but pool area and landscaping was well maintained. We cooked most days and found majority of kitchen items needed (had to buy additional dish soap for our 10 day stay). We enjoyed watching the canoe club practice early mornings and joined them one day for the visitors paddle. A small bakery, farmers market, convenience store and shave ice stand are all in walking distance. Would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spot in paradise.

Good location; Great oceanfront

The condo fit our needs and was a great place to stay to explore the entire island (north, east, and south). Unfortunately not within walking distance to any restaurants, so luckily we had a rental car. Well-equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer a nice convenience. Balcony and outdoor seating could have been cleaner. Bedroom dark and bed linens a bit outdated. The pool was lovely and the green lawn and lounge chairs were awesome under the palms!

“This Kihei condo mixes affordability with a luxury feel. You are literally, right on the ocean. The waves sound like they will crash into your living room. Comfortable bed and pleasant sitting area complete the package. I would recommend this condo as your choice in Maui. And you can’t beat the Kihei weather – less rain, central to all activities and not too windy."
