Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. I had suffered an injury the day before our travel, resulting in having to wear a walking boot. The location was so close to the ocean that I had no problem getting to, and enjoying, the beach.

Great location. Enjoyed the oceanfront views. Place is as listed. Sunny Maui Vacations was responsive to a couple minor requests immediately. Great communication and resolved without issue. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activities.

Perfect stay!

We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach in other units, and this was the best. Awesome view and access to the beach, responsive management, and nicely updated interior. We will be back!

Perfect trip!

The condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for the two of us. Great view of the ocean and there were lots of whale sightings. Super convenient location. Would highly recommend.

I rented the room for the ocean view primarily and was not disappointed. Just absolutely gorgeous walking out of the bedroom to have an unobstructed view of the ocean. Any complaints I have make me sound like a pampered prince. Could have been a little cleaner, would have preferred 2ply toilet paper and liquid soap, and time to replace a few of the items like knives and the cooler. That said I’d definitely stay here again.

Paradise Found

My wife and I stayed at this property for our first visit to Maui celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The apartment was perfect for what we wanted and needed. It was very clean and very well appointed with pretty much everything we needed for our stay (we stayed 10 days). The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and obviously renovated recently with upgraded kitchen appliances and floors. The location is absolutely perfect--directly on the beach with sunset views from the balcony. We felt like we were well positioned on the island to be close to both east and west Maui and the beaches in Kihei were really enjoyable. The resort complex itself is beautifully landscaped and maintained, and there was a very serene atmosphere throughout (no loud parties or unruly guests). There's also a great sandwich shop on the grounds that was great for grabbing a quick lunch before heading out. The management company was very responsive to any and all requests, and they went out of their way to assist us. Overall, this was a great stay and we will sure to book this apartment again on our next visit to the island.

Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at the Sugar Beach Resort and we love the location. Great beach front property, close to a lot of cool restaurants, and a great central spot on the island to drive anywhere you want. The condo itself is very nice, updated with a lot of nice cooking supplies, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There were two beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler that were very nice for beach days. The communication from the property management was very good!

lovely home

The house is great. A dresser in the 2 smaller bedrooms would be a great asset. There is a very small dresser in the middle broom and a light. Living room is very dark and no light above the table makes it hard to use the table area to play games etc. We did enjoy everything else about this house though. The master is huge but the other 2 bedrooms are small.
