Beachfront Resort - Ground Floor - Corner Unit - Steps to the Beach-Pool-Spa!

This ground-floor corner unit sits steps from the pool and beach. The lanai stays shaded in the afternoon and has privacy hedges that make it feel private and relaxing. It is family friendly with a game cupboard, beach chairs, and easy access to both the pool and ocean from the lanai.

As a larger corner unit, it includes two closets for extra storage and a desk space that is perfect for work or video calls.

We are zoned Hotel and are not affected by recent short term rental restrictions.

• Central AC, Wireless high-speed internet, Cable TV, Telephone, Full Size Washer and Dryer in-unit

• The Bedroom has a CALIFORNIA KING BED, TV w/ cable, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, and a large closet. The Living room has a Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress

• The Bathroom is very functional w/ a vanity that is separate from the toilet/shower.

• The Living Room has a new 40” HD Smart TV (in addition to cable TV- watch your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc). It is comfortably furnished with a couch, swivel chair, and dining table w/ 4 chairs. There is a Brand New QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT COUCH w/ Memory Foam Mattress. There are 2 twin size air-mattresses w/ sheets in the bedroom closet.

• The Kitchen is fully equipped including: dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, blender, Keurig Coffee maker, rice maker, baking pans, teapot and many other items, plus a full spice rack to cook up your favorite dishes.

• The Lanai (aka patio) is the full width of the unit and has a table and 4 chairs w/ privacy hedges. There is a private path from the lanai - Pool and beach access are only steps away.

• This is a corner unit so it's larger than a standard Sugar Beach Resort condo and it has an extra window in the living room, making it extra light and airy.

• Additional Supplies include an extra set of sheets for the Cal King bed, 2 twin size mattresses w/ sheets, a safe in closet, 4 beach towels, and 4 beach chairs.

• Green Feature- The building has solar panels so don't feel bad about cooling down with the Central AC.

We happily provide our condo for your stay, and all resort amenities such as the pool, beach access, and common areas are typically available for guests. Please note that these amenities are operated by the resort, and unexpected situations can occur. For example, if glass is found near the pool, the pool may need to close temporarily for safety and cleaning. While these situations are rare, we are not able to offer refunds or discounts for amenity closures or similar interruptions beyond our control. We also cannot control the weather and are unable to offer refunds for non-emergency weather or other non-emergency situations. We want you to have a wonderful experience, and we appreciate your understanding.
