Welcome To Waiohuli Beach Hale #D218! This is a beautiful 1 Bedroom unit in a stunning tropical complex fronting the Pacific Ocean. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, as well as a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. The lanai boasts gorgeous views of the pool and the ocean, relax and enjoy the breeze while watching windsurfers, whales breaching (when in season), and our gorgeous Maui sunsets. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need to make a great meal in your island home. The bedroom and living room each have a room AC unit to keep you cool.

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a peaceful oceanfront complex, conveniently located and within walking distance to many amenities, restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and gorgeous beaches. The grounds are tropical and impeccably maintained, and include a large 60 foot solar heated pool, barbeque area, and shuffleboard right next to the beach. This property had everything we needed and just a short few minute walk away from the beach. We especially loved all the beach items you could need, like chairs, towels, and a cooler. The view was lovely and it’s located in a great spot.

Amazing location!!!

This place was in an amazing location. You can walk to the beach without any shoes it is so close. It also has a less crowded peaceful beach for sunsets. The place also came with beach chairs and AC which was nice.

Perfect Kehei stay

This property has amazing beach access, a nice sized pool, multiple grills, beautiful grounds & the unit is comfortable, clean & has an ocean view from the lanai. The Management team was quick with communications & accommodations for all our travel hiccups. We would definitely to stay here again!

Perfect honeymoon

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo and absolutely loved it! Such a convenient location and so close to the beach! Spent a ton of time on the lanai and with sea turtles on the beach - couldn’t have asked for a better home!

This complex is quiet and has a variety of coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a grocery store within a very short walking distance. The grounds are kept nicely and the pool was clean. Enjoyed access to the beach for early morning walks and stunning sunsets at night. We didn't prepare meals, but kitchen seemed well stocked. It was hot while we visited so the bedroom a/c was very appreciated. Bed was comfortable and there were ample hangers and drawers for unloading suitcase. Only suggestion: a pedestal or box fan for circulating cool air near/at bathroom door. We kept bedroom door closed to keep bedroom cool and living space a/c doesn't cool around corner to bathroom. Highly recommend this unit and location for your stay in Kihei!

This was a last minute booking and let me tell you, this property did not disappoint! The condo was incredibly clean, steps from the beach and had a great pool that kept my kids busy for hours. Thank you for the great stay!!!

Such a charming place!

Location was perfect for the lovely sunsets and morning beach walks with coffee in hand on the sand! The condo was nicely decorated with according to the family, “cute tropical accents”. It had everything we needed & we enjoyed some breakfasts & dinners in together. Wonderful central location for all the activities you’d want to get to on the island (with car rental of course). We will definitely be returning.

Great Stay in Kihei

We had an amazing stay in Kihei. The unit is as posted in the photos. The mgmt is very friendly and quickly responded to our inquiries. The reason for 4 stars is the unit is dated and the noisy A/C units in both living room and bedroom.

Older unit, but well maintained in a very nice setting The unit was exactly as advertised, and well setup for all users Decent amenities around the area as well Less busy than southern Kihei, which has its benefits There was a noise issue with the accompanying unoccupied unit, which they were very helpful with as well I would definitely stay their again

We loved it! Extremely clean, perfect location, a tranquil and private setting

It exceeded our expectations! It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed, and the best night's sleep. There are great food options nearby, including vegetarian, grocery and a coffee shop around the corner. The grounds were lovely and groomed, the pool nice sized, and we had the beach to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable, including the pullout where the living room was large enough to leave it down. Decor was a tasteful seaside vibe, that didn't feel like a hotel or intruding on someone's apartment. It was well fitted out with beach gear. Lastly, the manager had the place cooled down for our arrival. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to come back sometime soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a very nice stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale #D218. Easy to find from the airport (30 min). The property was clean and well maintained. The manager was easy to get a hold of when calling and she let us check in early. I would definitely recommend this place because it's so close to all restaurants, supermarkets, food trucks, and of course the beach. On the downside, I arrived on a Monday. On this day, the Catholic church next to the property offers free showers and meals to those who need it (primarily homeless). The generators for the showers are a little loud and can be heard on the property. Lastly, on Saturday morning, there was a managers/HOA meeting which went from 9-11am. The apartment is located right above this high traffic area (laundry room, managers office, and the Saturday meeting). Their voices were so loud, I had to eat my breakfast inside instead of the lanai. Other than that, I would stay at this place again but I would request an apartment closer to the beach (near the end of pool).

Maui vacation 10/24

This condo is clean, quiet, centrally located and reasonably priced. The pool is heated and large enough to swim laps. The view is a slice of the ocean but close to see the sunset. It’s a one minute walk to a quiet beach. The location is walkable to a grocery store and restaurants. The management company is easy to work with and very responsive when the toilet needed to be repaired. I would rent here again.

Perfect Honeymoon Stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was the best stay of our trip. The pool and grounds are beautiful, parking is easy and safe, and the (basically private) beach is steps away. Nothing was more than a 5-10 minute drive and we were able to walk to the grocery store and multiple restaurants. The property was very clean and any questions we had were answered very quickly - they even accommodated early check-in and late check-out. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient place to stay in Maui.

Great stay

The unit had everything we needed for comfortable stay (management has replied that they will fix the living room AC). The property management company was super- friendly, attentive, and with great communications. They arrived to personally check the unit's condition. Unit itself was clean and nice with all the basics. Great beach, great pool, great lawn, beautiful well maintained gardens, and close to every store you'd need.

Great location, lots of turtles on the beach

We were very happy with our week long stay at this condo. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the grocery store, places to eat, and right on the beach. Heated pool was a plus, and we loved going out every evening to watch the sunset. There is a spot, a short walk down the beach where sea turtles would gather on the beach every evening. If you didnt walk to this spot, you could still see them easily from the shore. Condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is air conditioned, but the main living area could get a little warm still at times. It was definitely not uncomfortable, but for sleeping, both my boyfriend and I prefer it to be cool. With that being said, theres a separate unit in the bedroom, so we typically just kept the bedroom door shut and it worked well for us, very comfortable temperature for sleep. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend it to others.

Maui Rejuvenation

Amazing property and unit. Right on the ocean which we heard the gentle waves in the night. It exceeded all our expectations. Only issue is with Valley Isle Property Management Team. I'd rate them a 2-3 star only. They were not very responsive; unit welcome info book very outdated on many issues. The code needed to enter the pool was wrong and only after 2 frustrating returns to try to enter, another guest gave us the correct code. In addition, I wasn't happy buying toilet paper for the unit when their tiny little stock was inadequate for our 10 day stay.
