Leinaala Oceanfront #302 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the 3rd floor with a panoramic ocean view. It has split system air conditioning throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, telephone service, and free WIFI. The bedroom features a brand new king bed (2023), a new SmartTV, and a walk-in shower (no tub). For outdoor activity, Leinaala Oceanfront #302 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Perfect place to enjoy the sunset!

Our first time staying in this part of the island and it was wonderful! Not only steps from the beach, but also a shirt drive to great restaurants! The home was very clean and comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was spacious, the lanai had the BEST view! Everything we needed in the kitchen. Absolutely no problems. We would definitely book this rental again. The pool was quiet and refreshing. We loved watching the people and dogs on the lawn in the park below, had the best sunset views every morning. Only thing we would change is access to a grill for cooking.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. We appreciated the air conditioning at night and LOVED the view from the balcony. The beach was great for morning walks. The whales put on a display every day. We wished we would have had binoculars. Great space for relaxing!

Great little condo

We absolutely loved this little condo during our two week stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want. The furniture is clean and comfortable. We had the pool area to ourselves most of the time as well. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing view

This place is perfect for a couple. Clean and with an amazing view from balcony - we enjoyed coffee on the patio every single morning at sunrise with a great view of the park, palm trees and ocean. We were about 1 mile (20-minute walk) from the nearest shopping center/strip mall, and about 2 miles (40-minute walk) from our favorite bars and restaurants (Vibe Bar, Paia Fish Market, Tiki Lounge, Three's).

Great week!

Cute spot, great ocean view, super proximity to tennis and pickleball. Property manager takes great care to keep complex clean and attractive. Furniture in living area could be updated, large comfy bed. Would book again!

Great ocean view!

This condo is very nicely furnished and appointed. The view is the best part! The condo conveniently located about 35 minutes from the airport and about 45 minutes from Lahaina. We really enjoyed Kihei and the Waimea area—it has great shopping and restaurants and is not as hectic as the Lahaina/Kaanapali area. Give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Did not lack anything we really needed. Location is great and the view from the lanai is better than the pictures. Building is very quiet and the caretaker keeps everything looking nice. We had a problem with the sunshade on the lanai when we arrived. After one call to Rentals Maui the shade was fixed within a day. I would not hesitate to rent through Rentals Maui at any of their locations. I do highly recommend the Leinaala for a stay.

It has direct access to the beach. The large park directly below us was so fun to watch. One day a yoga group was practicing. A mannsnd dog were playing with a boomerang, kites were flying....
