Beautiful place. Very comfortable. The pull-out bed was excellent, and the place had great views, a really nice pool and patio area with direct access to the beach.

We stayed in July 2025 with 2 grandsons. The hosts were responsive to our questions before our trip and while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the 2nd bath was handy. We prepared the fish the boys caught for dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor grills were spotlessly maintained. Glad for the elevator to 5th floor. The lounge area on the lawn was lovely and the beach was pretty if not great for swimming. The location was convenient and we walked down to the Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ulalani's Shave Ice. We really appreciated the well equipped closet with most everything we needed for the beach. The listing photos accurately represent the property, except for the building next door that was badly damaged in flooding early this year.

Beach view from the balcony was exactly as the photo showed. With the window open, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach from inside the condo. Very clean and well stocked kitchen ware. Also has beach chairs and other beach items to borrow. Hosts are nice and very quick to respond to questions. Love this condo. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderfully located & well appointed. A tender time to be there after the heavy storms which did much damage. The property weathered well and the citizens are resilient! Lara is an excellent communicator bar none!The only drawback is the road noise. Recommend white noise for sleeping if you enjoy sleeping in.

The condo was absolutely adorable! It was in a perfect location in Kihei, had all the necessary amenities and then some. Beach was beautiful and quiet. We really felt at home during our stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this host and property!

Condo includes just about everything you may need for beach, snorkeling, lawn chairs, beach towels. Kitchen well supplied eight expected items. On 5th floor with good elevator. Porch has limited ocean view and overlooks parking lot toward pool. Great view of mountains from porch. Worked well for 2 adults with each having own bathroom. Owner very organized and communicates very well. This part of Maui central so allows good day trips in all directions.

Great location and amenities.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this spacious condo overlooking the ocean. This is a great central location close to many hikung trails and Haleakala. Fully equipped with bareque grills , sparkling pool and right on the beach!

Perfect location for exploring island! Afternoons were windy but mornings were tranquil. No problems ever finding parking or a lounge chair with an umbrella. Walked to sugar beach bakery twice for breakfast treats and coffee.
