This is the condo you've been waiting for! Location, location, location! Just steps away from a spectacular five mile stretch of white sandy beach, oceanfront heated saltwater pool, jacuzzi, indoor sauna and the inviting BBQ grill area.

Recently updated with beautiful new tile flooring throughout the condo onto the lanai. New hand carved mahogany bedroom furniture, built in closet system, new living room furniture including 42' flat screen TV and new efficient tropical ceiling fans. The bathroom has been expanded and fitted with new tile and top of the line fixtures with extra large shower.

On moonlit nights sit on the lanai and look out on lush, tropical grounds and let the 'Aloha Spirit' carry you away.

Head down to the manicured lawns, pull up a lounge chair and sunbath under swaying palms or take a 10 minute stroll south along the beach to the Maui Farmer's Market to pick up your fresh pineapple, mangoes and other local produce, including homemade baked goods! There's also a small ABC Store to pick up any last minute items.

Enjoy the convenience of the onsite activity booking center Maui Sights and Treasures, licensed massage center Massage Maui, and the local bar/restaurant Dina's Sandwitch .

Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located with the Kahulai Airport only 15 minutes away. Costco, shopping, golf and restaurants all nearby.

Our host (Linda) was wonderful and always prompt with communications. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved that it was 1st floor with our lanai walking out just steps away from a gorgeous pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo!

Sugar Beach is a wonderful resort. Condo 112 is just steps from the beach! The resort has beautiful landscaping, a clean pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was furnished. Kihei is also a great central location to get to anywhere on the island.

Great vacation spot

This was our 2nd stay at Sugar Beach, and again it exceeded our expectations. Sugar Beach is a central location, and we were able to travel easily to all our favourite spots. We went to a number of great beaches, snorkeled, fished, and were able to get a feast in at Momma’s! I highly recommend Sugar Beach… and unit 112 was perfect!

Great Location

Great place to stay that is close to everything you could need. Unit has been updated and everything worked as intended. Pool was any easy walk out door and the sauna was a nice option as well. Beach is amazing!

Right on the Beach

The location is absolutely perfect! It is right on the beach. In addition, the condo was very clean, and well stocked. Beautiful condo in great location

I have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort approx 25 times over past 30 years. Every visit was wonderful and all the units I've stayed in were above expectations. This stay in unit 112 was one of the best. Wonderfully stocked ,clean unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment and more. I would definitely stay again.

Stunning

The condo was the perfect headquarters for a visit to Maui. Easily accessible, of course everything is, to all of the points of interest. The condo provided a place to regroup after an excursion. A view of the Pacific from your living room is nothing to sneeze at, for sure. The staff were helpful and the condo and grounds were in immaculate condition. All in all, an excellent value.

3 Lovely days in Kihei at The Sugar Beach Resort

Our first floor corner condo was so comfortable with all the amenities of home and with Island decor. The patio was just steps to the beach and pool and garden area. The parking was free and steps from our unit. There was one day that the resort was without hot water and the hot tub was not in operation; but the problem was fixed the next day. Other than that, our stay was wonderful with lovely sunsets, ocean swims & short drives to shops & restaurants. We loved it!

Comfortable stay in an excellent location

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this property. The location is superb - central on the island, quiet, and on a beautiful long beach that made for lovely long morning walks. The unit itself is nicely equipped and in good shape. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment we needed to cook. We loved being on the ground floor with easy access to the barbeques and as a corner unit, there was some nice extra light in the living/dining room. Having a table for four on the lanai was also useful, as we had friends staying in another unit. (We'd visit their unit for cocktails watching the sunset and then move down to our unit to cook and eat dinner on the lanai.) The bed was comfy and the shower a nice size. We would stay again here in a heartbeat, should we be so lucky to find our way back to Maui.

Great condo and great location in Kihei

The condo was exactly as it was described on the listing on VRBO. Matter of fact, it was even better than the listing as the parking lot is steps away from the entrance to the condo, which is not mentioned in the listing. We were able to use the pool for a couple days and it was beautiful and they were doing their annual maintenance for the rest of our trip, but that just shows you how much they keep this condo and grounds beautiful and in fantastic condition. Every day the grounds crew were out working to keep things looking amazing. As far as inside the condo, you had everything you needed, from the kitchen utensils to the beach, chairs, and other accessories for the beach. As far as the beach location, it is truly steps away from the condo. The other plus to this condo is that it is centrally located to all the sites and activities that you want to do in Maui. My last comment is that the response from Linda and her Maui Manager were fantastic. Whatever questions I had were answered in a very quick and timely manner. Thank you for letting us use your condo to celebrate our 40th anniversary in Maui. You can go to Dina’s sandwitch shop and see our personal dollar bill underneath the Mahomes dollar bill. 😎😎😎

The condo is cozy and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is galley type and small, but well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. The location is wonderfully centered on the West side of Maui. You will need a car, but many interesting locations are nearby, i.e. aquarium, harbor. We loved our stay.

Our family lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Having been a long time employee in the travel industry we are fortunate to be able to travel to Maui several times a year. We love our Sugar Beach condo, especially sitting on our lanai for breakfast and at sunset. Morning walks along the never ending beach is one of our favourite pastimes.

Why they chose this property

After a year of searching for our piece of Maui paradise we discovered Sugar Beach Resort. The moment we stepped into the condo and walked the few steps from the lanai to the beach we knew this was the one! We haven't looked back since. Sugar Beach Resort has it all and is full of Aloha Spirit. Really it's very simple 'Maui No Ka Oi!' which means 'Maui is the Best!'.

What makes this property unique

The condo complex is well maintained and right on the beach, no roads to cross! The beach has a gentle surf that is safe for all ages. Our corner unit has an extra side window which creates a bright and airy atmosphere.
