Imagine floor to ceiling windows on this oceanfront view. Rise in the morning with your cup of coffee and open the sliding doors to the warm ocean air as you step out onto your private lanai. The views are absolutely breathtaking and trust me; pictures simply cannot do it justice! The views from the kitchen are just as good! Inside the home, you find excellent craftsmanship with tile and hardwoods abound. The custom renovation includes:

• An open Kitchen Island design with barstools and granite counter tops. New cherry wood two-tone cabinets were flown in from the mainland.

• The owner designed a customer privacy enclosure for the Master Suite above. A set of folding doors outline in cherry wood accents creates a beautiful private environment at night.

• A new custom built staircase with solid cherry-mahogany stairway provides a much more open and beautiful accent to the home.

• All new bathrooms were created and new custom cabinets and corian countertops. Fully glass shower enclosures and tile everywhere!

The beach view was incredible with stunning ssunsets each night the condo had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We were set up with beach chairs and towels and the place was immaculate. Definitely would go there again!

Great location and well stocked

We had 2 couples staying in our he condo. We loved the location, short drive to some great restaurants and activities. The ocean views were amazing. It was also well stocked with beach gear and in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here for a small family or just a couple.

Perfection in so many ways

We were here with our adult son. The unit is perfectly laid out, with two baths and two bedrooms, one bed/bath upstairs, so good space separation if desired, It also has the most spectacular views! Bring binoculars. We saw whales from the patio every day that we were there. Beds were super comfy and unit was quiet. In suite laundry enabled us to pack light and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool area was also ideal. Thanks for being a big part of our wonderful holiday!!!

What a view! What a location!

We loved it all in this third story condo. Clean, easy to find, easy to park and just a great property overall. We loved having everything from beach towels to an icemaker. The ONLY thing that was a surprise was the fact that it was a walk up. Yes there is pickleball between the condo and the ocean, but it was fun to watch. We can’t wait to come back!

Repeat booking - this is the Kehei condo you are seeking

We loved it so much the first time we booked it again. Can’t beat the sunsets on the lanai and close to amazing Kehei and Wailea beaches and food. Easy to get around the island. Very comfortable amenities. If you want to spend some time on this side of the island, book this condo.

Our Kihei stay

This was a really fantastic unit with an unbelievable view of the ocean from the condo. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, it was so close to just about everything we needed in terms of groceries and restaurants. We were most appreciative of the host recommending, the Pacific Whale Foundation for our snorkeling excursion. We were only on Maui for two days as we planned visits to four of the islands during our visit, and if we are back in Maui, we will certainly look to stay at this condo again.

Great location

Excellent condo. Exactly as pictures shown. Great location. We loved playing the new sport of pickle ball which is directly in front of this condo. Kitchen has everything you need - well stocked. I would recommend to friends and family. I would also recommend to have the pool area open past 9 pm to at least 10 pm. Otherwise we were happy with our stay here.

Perfect Condo in Kihei

Condo was nothing short of fabulous. Kitchen well stocked. Bedrooms and living area all had AC making our stay very comfortable. Lanai views were gorgeous from sunrise to sunset. Easy to get around the Island from this location. Some great local eats nearby including Isana Seafood and Sushi, Maui Pies ( sweet dessert ones and savory ones), Coconuts Fish Cafe, Fleetwood's on front st in Lahaina. Jim was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay in this condo again.

Such an awesome location

This was an amazing condo. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed playing pickleball every morning and made some great friends on the court. We did not notice the pickleball noise at all. Loved the balcony and had are coffee there every morning. We walked the beach every day and found some cool shells. Restaurants were close by. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Wr snorkeled at Makena beach and saw tons of turtles. We will return.

Great location for a relaxing staycation.

Pros: Stunning views from the balcony. Good swimming pool to get the vacation started. Really good living space, especially loved the duplex layout (was a lot of fun for our kid to run up/down the stairs). Location (Kihei) is away from the commercialized West Maui. Easy drive to some of the southern beaches (e.g. Wailea), which provide good hangout spots and eating choices. Cons: The beach right in front of the property isn't great - so be ready for a drive to get to a good beach. Not a lot of eating options around the area. There's a bit of a climb up a couple of flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor unit.

Really nice condo

The condo is beautiful. We would have enjoyed our stay more; however, there was construction occurring in front of the lanai and the neighboring apartment was doing a remodel. The noise drove us from the condo during the day and we couldn't enjoy those morning coffees on the lanai. We switched to this condo because our other VRBO closed the pool during our stay and we were notified of the closure in time to find alternative accommodations. Given that this was at the tail end of our two week vacation, we were at the point that we wanted some quiet time in the condo to recover from all of our previous activities. I know the construction can't be controlled, but it did hamper our experience. The condo had everything we needed and the upstairs bedroom stayed cool during the nighttime hours. We didn't use the downstairs bedroom and kept the door closed so we didn't lose AC into the room.

Did not check in for 3 days as offices not open the pool code changed when we were there but did not tell us. Shower door handles were loose. Other wise the dynamo was a bit of a disturbance and interuotion
