This beautiful log home is privately situated on a secluded 5-acre wooded lot and offers some of the best of upscale mountain living. You will be greeted at the start of a long drive-way by an entryway made from beautiful tree trunks imported from British Columbia.

The home is filled with beautiful custom touches from the builder, who lived here for over a decade. From custom, hand-made door trimmings to imported British Columbia trees supporting the porch and entryway, this home is filled top-to bottom with custom touches.

Whether you're enjoying a meal on the spacious covered porch, lounging in the large luxury hot tub, or taking a nice swim, Silver Creek Lodge will soon become one of your favorite places to visit in the North Georgia Mountains! If wildlife excites you, make sure you pack the camera because this area is filled with wildlife.

This home is conveniently located within 10 minutes of Mercier Orchards and historic Blue Ridge, which is full of unique shopping and fabulous dining.

The inside of this home is beautifully decorated for a luxurious cabin experience with comfort in mind. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes custom Hickory cabinets and a heated floor near the sink. The main living area boasts massive windows for maximum viewing and light.

Both bedrooms on the main floors, including the King Master, include en suite facilities with heated floors. The top floor boasts an additional queen bedroom and a massive bonus room with a queen bed, a double bed, a futon, a TV, and an office desk. The basement has a large rec room, another King Master with attached full bathroom, and another queen bedroom and a 6-bed bunk room connected by a full Jack and Jill bathroom. The rec room has games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a foosball table for your enjoyment.

The property includes a huge pool patio area with an additional spa, a gazebo, and a fire pit. If that wasn't enough, there is also a massive 7-person hot tub on the back terrace to soak in while you take in the private serenity. Still not satisfied? How about a relaxing outdoor sauna? The pool is available seasonally (generally April-October) and can be heated when needed for additional fees.

Early check-in at 4pm is available if no guest is checking out the same day that you check in.

This cabin is AMAZING. The pictures do not give it justice. 10 of us traveled here for a friends getaway and absolutely loved it. Tyler was great to work with and answered all questions suoer fast. As someone who travels a lot this was the best stocked and appointed place i have ever rented. So many great little touches.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to do at the house. The only thing is that there was a lot of pollen on the porches the we had to clean up to be able to use the table and chairs outside.

I was impressed by the pictures, but the cabin in person was even more impressive! There was plenty of space. Everything was very comfortable from beds to couches in the living room. We will definitely stay here again!

The best place for a family/friends gathering

The property was fantastic. Taylor was very quick to communicate and the house is great. Plenty of private rooms and beds and plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic Memorial Day stay at Silver Creek Lodge. The cabin is beautiful, well appointed with mountain decor, comfortable furniture, kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the pool, spa and hot tub. The location was very close to town. We enjoyed Blue Jeans Pizza & Pasta and Blue Ridge Mtn BBQ. Hope we can visit again!

Better than expected!

The pictures of this cabin truly do NOT do it justice! It was absolutely STUNNING! The property sits up on it's own private driveway with no neighbors in site! Taylor was AMAZING to communicate with throughout the whole process. The 1 reason why I gave it 4 stars was due to the pool area. The water level was low and the water was cloudy (probabley due to the low water level), and the pool deck didn't seem to have been cleaned off. But we were able to get it cleaned up and we loved it!

Perfect NYE retreat!

The cabin was everything we expected and was perfect for our group of 11. We used every inch of space from the game room, to the kitchen, the hot tub, fire pit, to the game room, and the heated bathroom floors in the master were an awesome surprise. I was hoping we could check-in early to set everything up and get organized before the rest of the group came, but unfortunately they had a guest the night prior and needed the whole morning for housekeeping. Taylor was accommodating though and let us drop our bags off anytime after 11a in the mean time so we could go get groceries. The keypad didn’t work at 12p when we got there, but only because it was programmed to be able to unlock starting at 4p checkin. I called Taylor and he immediately picked up the phone and let us in from his phone. The housekeeper got done an hour earlier and was able to access the cabin at 3p. One suggestion coming from the women in our group was we wished there were floor length mirrors maybe on the back of the bedroom doors so we could see our full outfits. We were celebrating NYE so we all got dressed up and would have been handy. Also, the tub in the master bedroom didn’t get hot, just was cool water. Shower was fine though. Maybe add a bottle of bubbles for the tub too along with the soaps and shampoos you provide as well. The kitchen was perfect and cooked on it both nights. The house also had a Christmas tree still up and that was such a nice touch to have! The basement was almost finished. I thought it would be done by thanksgiving, but understand construction projects can delay now days, but we made it work without the extra bedrooms and had fun in the game room. Maybe add some kind of white board to keep track of scores for the games/cornhole. Check-out instructions we very minimal and easy. This was truly such an amazing house that had everything and more for such a affordable price. Seriously considering renting this property again with friends in the future. Thank you Taylor for your amazing hospitality!

Great space, so much to do, highly recommend

We rented this cabin for my 50th birthday and invited 3 other couples and their kids join us. The kids ranged from ages 12 to 16 and we all had THE BEST TIME! There was so much to do on the property that, as another reviewer mentioned, we never once heard “I’m bored” from any of them. The only surprise was that the pool was on the other side of the driveway from the house, no big deal at all, just not expected. While I prefer to be able to look out a window to see the pool it’s understandably hard to have that in the mountains, you have to work with the land you have, right? Speaking of space, there was plenty of it, both covered and out of shade, in the pool area for some people to be reading books and hanging out while others swam or lounged in the pool.We stayed at the house the entire time there to make as much use of the property as possible. Upon checkout we all headed to Downtown Blue Ridge - SO CLOSE BY! - and did some shopping then had lunch all together before we headed home. Taylor was incredibly responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay, which is greatly appreciated. The amenities were numerous, the property secluded and peaceful, the home itself spacious, well maintained and clean. One thing not mentioned that I was relieved to see - the nightstands had power strips - when you have extra things to charge/use like a CPAP.I would 100% recommend this rental and the host to anyone considering booking, you won’t be disappointed - nor bored!

A Personal Resort

The house is beautiful and worked perfectly for our family trip. It was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for our stay. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and spacious. We had 7 teenage boys and a 11year old girl and never heard “I’m bored.” There were so many activities on the property that we easily spent much of the trip enjoying our time at the house. There are plenty of spaces for having quiet relaxation too. It’s close to Blue Ridge, which is a very quaint town and near the river and train. We had a great time in this lovely unique home.

Amazing Cabin for Large Families

Our family LOVED this cabin! We get together every year at Christmas and rent a cabin in the mountains with all of our extended family. Its very close to town, there was lots of space so we were not all on top of each other, there was plenty of parking, it was just AWESOME! We will definitely be back!!

Great Trip

This home has to be by far the best experience we have had and the best Home away from Home you can get. This home is exactly as listed and there is plenty of space for a large family. This is the first home that I have ever stayed at that had everything you could ask for. I mean most places are usually missing something, but to be perfectly honest this place had everything, there is nothing they were missing. It was AWESOME!!!! The pictures are exactly what the house looks like and they had so many things to do in the house, games, pool table, ping pong, board games, etc. It really was a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back again.
