The house and the property were beautiful, with so much space for everyone to share together and be able to have some alone time if needed. The grounds are spectacular, room to run around, have dinner outside, and enjoy the peaceful flow of the river. The wifi in the house left a bit to be desired when a few people in our group had to work at the same time, but that could also be a positive if you're trying to disconnect.

Erica’s home was amazing and housed our large group with ease. The setting along the river was so relaxing and all of the amenities filled our days with lots of fun activities!

This is an amazing property, VERY spacious inside and out, well equipped and with an awesome game room and movie theatre. It's located right on the river with a deck with plenty of rocking chairs. We enjoyed rafting as well as fishing although didn't catch anything lol. We were a family of 11 adults with 3 young kids who enjoyed all the games and toys as well as the single and double swings under the deck. The sunroom on the back was a favorite for the early risers while others slept in. We loved the outdoor picnic tables and party lighting out back and would have enjoyed that more if it had been fall time. We would LOVE to go back! Our host responded quickly and overall it was a wonderful, memorable experience. So close to the grocery store, Mercier's and downtown Blue Ridge.

Great house with great amenities. Location is extremely convenient. We hosted our 5th annual guys golf trip here and we had easy access to downtown for dinners, all the golf courses are within 35 minutes and the house was very accommodating to let a group of late 30’s/early 40’s guys be able to sleep at night. Peaceful area with great river views.

I would say kitchen had most everything we needed to cook. The only thing I would suggest is going through old pots and pans and tossing those that have loose handles. Also there were only about 9 coffee mugs so we had to use something else for everyone to have coffee at the same time.

Family Trip

Peaceful and Fun

This beautiful home is just as described. We enjoyed the game room, theater room, and lovely outdoor spaces. The hosts provided ample firewood and a perfect smores kit complete with sticks for roasting! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, and AC is cold. Communication with the hosts was timely and gracious. Our family had a wonderful weekend together!

This house was absolutely fantastic. The location right on the river was perfect — there are small rapids nearby (not big whitewater, but just enough) that create a relaxing sound of water flowing over the rocks. It made sitting outside incredibly peaceful.The outdoor space is excellent. There’s a fire pit and picnic table in the back, plus tons of open space both in the front and back of the house for whatever activities your group wants to do.Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and communication with the host was great from start to finish. The home itself was very clean and tidy.The game room was a huge hit! It had a pool table, golf and Pac-Man arcade games, a poker table with chips, mini shuffleboard ( not sure of the real name), and board games — just to name a few of the entertainment options. The basement movie theater was another highlight and perfect for relaxing while watching movies or sporting events.There was plenty of parking for our entire group as well.Overall, this was an A property and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location!

The home is perfect for a family get together! Plenty of space to spread out and relax! We dropped tubes a few minutes away at the local park and the tubed right up to the back yard where we popped out! Also spent a few of our days there in downtown Blue Ridge which is such a great little area. The Bigfoot Museum was a hit for the kids too! The hosts are fantastic and very responsive. We recommend staying there for a large group!

Beautiful riverside home

Everything was just as advertised and host responded promptly to questions we had. Plenty of room for our 12. Close to town but it seemed like we were much further. This is a gorgeous property.

Family fun!

We had a group of 18- siblings and cousins, all ages and everyone had the best time! Owner was super responsive and helpful. We had trouble getting the sound on movie theatre set up and she sent someone to help within 30 min. Place was big, spacious, and clean. Outdoors was beautiful. Plenty to do!

Girls Weekend

We had a great time at this property for a girls weekend! There was plenty of space and lots beds for a large group. We did have a problem with more than one person showering at a time due to water pressure issues and there were some areas that could have been cleaner. But overall the property is beautiful, the house is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Comfortable Fun

House, property, area was great comfortable fun. Beautiful fun property especially outdoor fire pit area and smores kit was provided along with delicious other snacks and apple cider. Beautiful house decor and soft bed sheets. It is very close to little Blue Ridge downtown with great food and fun shopping. Blue Ridge lake is very close and had a nice paved trail along with small trails going closer to the lake water. Also, a grocery store is really close which is great. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Best Birthday Ever

I rented this house for my 30th birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Plenty of space to eat together, play games, etc. The pictures looks exactly like the place! Erica was super responsive from the start and provided everything we needed. One day in and we were already talking about renting it again in the summer! Definitely one of the best birthdays I ever had.

10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely LOVE this property. So spacious and accommodates larger groups conformtably. The property is adequately stocked with extra items that you may need. The location is just far enough from “town” to feel secluded, but is actually just a short drive away. Erica was very responsive with any questions that I had and delivered all vital information that we might have needed in a timely manner. Already looking forward to our stay here next year.

Super Bowl Get Together

We were 4 couples looking for the perfect house for a Super Bowl celebration. This beautiful home checked all the boxes including a theater room with plenty of seating. We loved the river and had some luck catching trout for dinner. The close proximity to downtown Blue Ridge was great for visiting the local breweries. All In all it was the perfect weekend and Erica was the perfect host!!! Greg

Fantastic house and location

I have a group of friends that vacation together each year requiring a large house with lots of things to do. This house has it all. The house was clean and as advertised. We used every aspect of the house, the hottub, the movie room, the outdoor games, the firepit, fishing dock and the game room. No issues with any of it. The host was very responsive any time we had a question and super helpful. Highly recommend!
