This space is clean and comfortable for a 1-2 people (there is one queen bed). There is a fully functioning small kitchen with all necessary appliances (including a mini-fridge). Laundry facilities and wifi are shared with the main house. Laundry soap and bath soap are provided. This apartment has a private entrance which is not accessible from the main house.

This is a studio apartment joined into a bigger house. It has its own separate front entrance. The shared laundry facilities are accessed from the rear of the house.

There is a bedside fan to keep you cool (no A/C) and a small heater for when it's chilly.

Wifi is included (shared with the main house).

This listing does not include the use of any outdoor areas.

Note:
1. The shared laundry is accessed by walking around to the back door at the rear of the house.
2. The kitchen sink and stovetop are stained (although bleached and cleaned after every guest!).
3. As noted on amenities, there is no television. Most guests bring their own devices and watch using the provided internet.
