170 Beach Club Villa - First Floor Condo

**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**

170 Beach Club Villa is centrally located with excellent views of the canal from the screened porch. Brightly decorated with a coastal theme, upon arrival you'll immediately feel relaxed and ready for your vacation. The fishing and crabbing dock is yours to use during your visit.

This villa is located across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Beach Club Complex. The tennis courts are adjacent to the condo. If you're a tennis player, it is perfect for you.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Easy and great location

This was our first trip to Fripp and the host made it easy to enjoy. Room was well equipped. We needed extra towels and wash clothes and we had them in no time once we made the request. Great week!

Great Villa

Great Villa, good location, easy to get around in a golf cart. Great views. I do wish that instructions came with the tv remotes, each tv had two controls that were confusing. Especially, for someone who is electronically challenged. Except for that a great place.
