The host was sweet and communicative! Her property manager Fred, was always available! The house was in a great location - we had access to a very large pool and less than a 5min walk to the Oriental beach and a 10/15min walk to the little town for eateries! We will be back!

Location is perfect, dont even need a car! Everything is within walking distance. The partnership with KAKAO is fantastic, as we had beach chairs and umbrellas everyday we wanted them. All the bedrooms have en suites and separate private entrances. Fred was very helpful with restaurant reccomendations and any issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally. We will be back!

This was an excellent property

We did a family vacation with three adult children and their spouses and one baby. The set up was perfect for this. The property manager Frederico was so helpful and did a wonderful job.Also the property owner Sara communicated with us to make sure everything was excellent.

Beautiful Property on Orient Beach

Don't hesitate to book because there aren't many reviews, Sarah's villa is lovely! Perfectly located just steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. It's all right there! The private pool is a huge plus, we spent time there every single day and evening. Her property manager, Fred is a gem! We were 5 couples so the 5 separate bedrooms and bathrooms are more like suites, completely private and very quiet, we didn't hear a thing from the other rooms. The common area is spacious as is the patio, plenty of seating for all. There is a Blackstone grill we cooked breakfast on every morning. The kitchen is a bit small but has everything you need. Beautiful property about 40 minutes from SXM airport, we would return again!
