This is exactly what the description said. It is beyond close to campus and was ideal for what we were looking for. Its loud, but they are clear about that. Also, the kitchen was better equipped than what other reviewers said so they must have added a few things.

Perfect for campus tour!

We stopped in Auburn for a quick tour and had plenty of room for our family of four. The campus was right across the street so we parked and walk everywhere while we were in Auburn.

Great location, comfortable accommodations, a little loud from the establishment next door. I suggest earplugs and use of the awesome noise makers the property provides. Easy check in. Great parking.

The Good: The property was in an excellent location for my son‘s athletic recruiting trip to Auburn. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Liked the old building. The host communicated quickly and allowed us to check in early.The not-so-good: Cabinets/drawers were busted up and the lack of decent cooking equipment (pot,pans,etc.) forced us to eat every meal out.The unacceptable: the unit is about 20 steps away from the loudest, bass-booming nightclub you can imagine. It starts around 9pm and went until 2am the first night and 1 am the second night. My son was exhausted on his first face to face visit with the coaches. In my opinion, the description of the unit downplays just how disruptive the noise is to guests. I couldn’t even watch a movie at 9pm without subtitles on because of the noise, which literally vibrates the windows. I actually feel bad for the host. You should file an injunction because the noise went way above what is acceptable for a Tuesday and Wednesday night. I didn’t take away stars for this but it is only fair that you know what to expect. It had a detrimental effect on my son’s visit. He will be back this summer for a private workout and we will be staying stay far away from the Southeastern nightclub. War Eagle…

In the heart of it all!

This little place was perfect for our Thursday night stay! There was loud live music at the bar across the way but it stopped at 11pm (I had brought a box fan to drown out the noise). I loved the proximity to Auburn!

Perfect for College Visit!

Perfect for our short stay to visit Auburn. Superb location, we walked everywhere. We were there on a Monday night, so the disclosed potential neighboring bar noise was not an issue for us. Really comfortable beds. I can’t recommend this VRBO enough! Honestly easier than a hotel and the two bedrooms made it great for parents and teens.
