Gorgeous Condo across from Vet School

Summary:
Located across from the Vet School, this gorgeous unit has been recently renovated and designed with great care. The earthy colors mix with the fantastic ceiling lights and chandeliers to make the unit upscale yet homey.

You'll have a king bed, an optional murphy bed (please request), a full kitchen and a full bath all to yourself. Right out the front door is a fantastic pool. The unit is practically a full suite for the price of a regular hotel room.

The Space:
The unit is in Building 8 which is tucked in the back of the complex, so you get the benefits of Wire RD while being separated from it.

The condo has a living room that is open concept with the kitchen. The washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen. The living room is connected to the bedroom through a small hallway that contains the door to the bathroom. The place is generally spacious.

The bed is a Casper Original King size mattress, and there is a queen size murphy bed available in the living room. Please let us know if you would like to use the murphy bed upon confirmation of the booking so that we can have it set up for you.

This is an all electrical complex. No carbon monoxide alarm is present because there is no need. Feel free to ask me any follow up questions.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit. You'll use the code you provide upon confirmation to let yourself in. Instructions for using the door lock will be sent after confirmation.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet condominium complex a short drive from campus.

Getting Around:
Tiger Transit picks up regularly here during the week. We are a healthy walk and an easy bike ride from campus.

Other Things to Note:
This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.

Please request the murphy bed upon confirmation of your booking.

Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds.

The complex should be generally quiet. If there are late parties or noise disturbances please report them to me.

The TV in the living room only works when the light switch by the door is turned on.
