Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the washing machine, add detergent to the detergent tray, and start it. This will help us expedite the laundry process and is much appreciated.
All used linens (sheets and pillowcases) can be placed on the floor near the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bikes or muddy shoes are to be worn in the home. Bikes may be stored in the garage.

This was a perfect location for our Son’s wedding weekend. The house was exactly what we needed. Very clean, beds were comfortable, loved the extra Media room, quite neighborhood, just perfect. Hailey was amazing to work with. Will definitely stay here again. Great place to stay.

Outerbike Bentonville Adventure

This place was a great home base for our Bentonville adventures! The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helped us with everything we needed. I'm going to keep this place on my list for future trips.

On bike trail-nice house

2 blocks from Greenway. Updated, clean, new appliances. Nice quiet neighborhood. The lady next door even offered to put her dog up while ours was outside. Note-backyard is not fully fenced, which is the only thing I would recommend to make this house perfect.

Good Location, Dirty Home

The location was good for MTB. Close to all trails. Prior reviews indicated the residence was clean. It was not, The refrigerator had spills on the shelves which I had to clean prior to placing items inside. The oven was filthy. There were fingerprints and smudges on the washer, dryer (stainless steel) and the rear sliding door. The kitchen lacked a cutting board(s), and a kitchen sink sponge. The home reeked of cigarette smoke, Though I don't expect windows to be cleaned every visit, it was clear the window sills, slider door tracks and side garage door tracks have not been cleaned in months if ever. The family room glass table had a film on it. The property listing is inaccurate. It specifically states "onsite parking options include a garage." 3/4 of the garage has been built into a room. There is 1/4 of the garage was used to store our bikes. The description also lists a playground. There is no playground on site. VRBO rules require that security cameras be listed in the property description. They are not. The yard is not fully fenced. When I booked I advised them I had a well behaved 14 yo 40 lb dog. The owners charged me twice for a pet fee, in two separate installments.

Spring break Mountain Biking

House was very clean and nicely updated. Extra media room was perfect for the teenage boys we had with us. Location was perfect for hoping on bikes and heading into downtown or the museums. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities for cooking!

Loving life and travel is what we're all about. Bentonville has been our never-ending vacation and we want to share it with you. We moved to Bentonville 18 years ago and started raising our family here. It's an unbelievable community where you'll never be bored: amazing museums for kids and adults, beautiful parks and walking/hiking trails, miles of protected paths for biking, and great restaurants. A few of those are within walking distance: Buttered Biscuit, Sushi House, and Kennedy Coffee. We hope you love Bentonville as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We have updated the Sunrise Cottage after purchasing the property in November of 2020. It features all new sinks/countertops, flooring, the addition of a media room, and a new master shower. The patio includes room for dining and opens to a large, lush backyard with large trees.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is across the street from the new Walmart World HQ (still under construction), connects to the 36-mile Razorback Greenway cycling and walking trail, and is within walking distance to great local restaurants. The cottage features 2 separate living spaces so guests can visit/read/watch tv in one room and others can enjoy the spacious sectional and 55" tv in the media room.
