House of character in Luberon

Haven of peace, in the nature area of the Luberon Park (part of the European and Global Geoparks Network supporting by the UNESCO), this house of 140 m2 is surrounded by 2 ha (autonomous from the rest of the property, with a private access) in a rural environment (field of lavender and truffle oaks) . The house offers different point of views over the Luberon Massif, the Mont Ventoux and the Monts de Vaucluse.

The house is designed for 10 people spread over 3 levels :
- The garden level exposed to the East (entrance by the playroom) offers an independent room for two people with automatic ventilation shower, sink, towel dryer, washing machine, the stairs gives access to the living room and to the night area with the other bedrooms .

- A ground floor consisting of a large living room of 60 m2 with 4 exhibitions:
- North : breathtaking views of the Ventoux , the mountains of Vaucluse and the fields of lavandins and truffle oaks in the foreground, a space guaranteeing freshness in hot weather;
- West : a courtyard shaded by trees, protected from the north winds by an old dry stones wall in the style of the country;
- South: a large and sunny terrace sheltered from the North and West winds, ideal for sunbathing, meals or naps;
- East: a canopy made in massive larch , protected from Mistral, ideal for meals away from the sun (barbecue, stoned sink). This is the recommended entry of the house (control of the monitoring system).
The large living room includes:
* a fully equipped open kitchen,
* a cloakroom / WC corner,
* a fireplace / television area with 3 sofas:
o TV with satellite channels.
o landline phone that allows you to call locally for free.
o high-speed internet.
* A dining area for 8 people.

- Continuing the visit by the central stone staircase reaches the night area where are located 4 bedrooms which each have:
- 2 windows
- mosquito net allowing reading in bed, open window.
- personalized and original furniture made by a local designer
- Access to the 2 bathrooms upstairs (bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail)
- The frame of the corridor made in massive larn, illuminable with a timer, makes the atmosphere cosy.

The exteriors:
- a private pool with carved stone surrounding and terrace:
* pool of 11 x 4 m surrounded by a raised and flowered garden of 300 m2
* secure fences and closures to the current standards of security for children under the supervision of parents
* pool and outdoors lit at night-time
* solarium (with hot shower) sheltered from the wind
* garden furniture for 8 people
- weekly maintenance by professionals (filtration, lawn mowing, cleanliness ...)
Gardens, terraces and car parks:

- the property is fenced throughout its entire perimeter with a 2 m-high mesh
- the access gate is automatically locked by a timed closing
- paths, terraces and car parks are equipped with automatic lighting spots
- The alarm with siren, radar sensors, is automatically connected to a surveillance company ready to intervene if necessary.

In a seemingly deserted rural environment, you are actually far from being isolated. The presence of the other residents of the estate, few meters far from the property can only reassure you if it was necessary. However, it represents a calm neighborhood.
The above prices include the supplies for water, electricity, linens, maintenance of the swimming pool. To be provided : a deposit, the tourist tax.
