Charming country house near Graz
15 minutes by car distance from the center of Graz is located in the mountains north of Graz our beautiful, some 300 year old country house. It has an area of 85m² and comprises kitchen, bathroom and toilet, a spacious living room and two bedrooms.
The house is heated with a modern wall heating. It is also possible to use the two rustic wood stoves.
The corresponding plot is about 2. 400m² in size and offers - despite its proximity to the city - peace and quiet, a fire pit for barbecues and a beautiful view of Graz and situated behind South Styrian mountains and hills.
In the area around Graz, there are numerous hiking trails, cool off in the hot summer care lakes and outdoor pools, and particularly in the autumn place to explore the wine regions of southern and eastern Styria.
Many attractions and a rich cultural make the city of Graz a popular holiday destination, especially the historic old town, with its southern flair invites you to stroll and explore.
