We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the beach supplies provided by the hosts were a thoughtful and helpful touch.A couple of things to note that are outside of the hosts’ control: the café food could have been better for the price, and the arcade photos appear to be outdated since there were only a few games available. Families with small kids should also book premium beach chairs early, as the standard seating isn’t ideal for watching kids play in the water.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this condo

Fantastic location, beds very comfortable, full size washing machine and dryer were wonderful! Only downside of the resort was they have you wear a snap wrist band that has to be cut off. You have to wear it anytime you are on the resort and if you lose it it’s 25 to replace. Other than that it’s wonderful resort with a ton of amenities!!!

We had an amazing time! Everything was great!! Very clean room, nice views of the ocean. My kids loved the pools and easy access to the beach. Owners were very helpful during the booking process. Overall excellent experience.

Beautiful condo! Never even had to contact the hosts because everything was taken care of and literally had no issues. Check in was a breeze, the bunk bed room was perfect for my three young daughters to share, primary bedroom was gorgeous, and we knew exactly what to bring with us because of the in detail listing description. (Extra toilet paper, laundry soap, paper towel, etc) The only thing we had to run out for extra trash bags. Thanks for having us!

Outstanding location and accommodations!!!

The condo was well appointed and faced southeast allowing for sunrise views with afternoon shade. The property sits directly in the beach providing for easy access, and had great amenities. The on site cafe was convenient for quick and tasty breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Very nice condo. Great location. Beach is amazing and pools are fantastic. The Cafe has really good food and the Tiki bar is awesome. Highly recommend!!!!!

Property was clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful view of the beach. Our 3 year old loved the pools. The tiki bar/cafe offered delicious drinks and snacks for a reasonable price. The beach was stunning and had calm waters, would recommend renting chairs and an umbrella.

Amazing

Second time staying at Pelican. We love how it has so many convenient things. The cafe and tiki bar have so many things to choose from so you don’t have to leave as much. I loved how updated and cute this condo was after staying in one last year that wasn’t as nice.

Perfect family stay

This was such a great space for a young family to spend the holidays. It's right on the beach, has ideal views of the ocean from the balcony, and the amenities give you plenty of options, even if the weather changes. Inside was very clean and had a great layout. Thank you again

Great Central location in Destin

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Pelican Beach resort in Destin. The condo was clean and inviting with bright sunshine until noon every day. Central location made it any easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The facility was partially closed during our stay in Feb. with the gym and tiki hut closed and the cafe opened for 3 days/week.

Fantastic Vacation!

This was our families first vacation to a beach and everyone said it has been their favorite vacation. Our condo was very nice and clean, our beach view was perfect, and we were steps away from the beautiful white sands in Destin. The front desk staff welcomed us and were very friendly and we had the best time! We would definitely go back.
