Meine sehr geehrten Damen und HerrenDen Urlaub vom 23.08. bis 04.10.2025 haben wir geplant um den tot unseres Sohnes zu Es geht uns um Korrektheit im Bericht über die Wohnung.ergründen und zu verarbeiten, das ist uns Leider Verwehrt geblieben.Beim Betreten der Wohnung haben wir im Raum einen undefinierbaren Kontaminierten Geruch wahrgenommen sofort haben wir Türen und Fenster geöffnet um Frischluft herein zu lassen.Meine Frau Leidet unter einer Lungen Krankheit (COPD) die eine 24Stündige Sauerstoff zufuhr der Beatmung Erfordert, die nötigen Geräte haben wir natürlich dabei. Nach einer geraumen Zeit ca. 3-4 Stunden stellte sich eine Allergische Reaktion bei meiner Frau ein - Kratzen in der Nas, im Hals in den Bronchien Husten Übelkeit …. auch bei mir eine ähnliche Reaktion. Das Ganze hat sich über Nacht nicht verändert. Die Gesundheit geht uns vor!!Darum haben wir uns Entschlossen den Urlaub abzubrechen und die Buchung zu stornieren!Auffallend war die Terrassenumgebung alles Grün Blätter Sträucher nur auf der rechten seit auf der Terrasse dort wo der Ventilator der Klimaanlage steht, war in der Höhe auf ca.80 cm und eine Breite von ca. 3,00 Meter keine Blätter nur Blankes Gehölz! Für mich ein Zeichen das hier mit Chemie gearbeitet wurde und dadurch die Kontaminierung in die Wohnung Gelangte für mich die einzige Erklärung zu dem Raumklima Situation.Diese Situation habe wir nicht zu verantworten!!!Hiermit Vordere ich sie auf die geleistete Zahlung von 4167,74 wieder an
