Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist sehr gut, modern und sauber. Für Ausflüge in die Stadt und die Umgebung ist die Lage hervorragend. Allerdings ist es abends ziemlich lange sehr laut, da ein Platz mit zwei großen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.
