Peaceful Braden River Getaway

This is such a clean, peaceful place to rent. Beautiful setting with good biking, walking and kayaking available. Kudos to the hosts for creating such a wonderful place and providing good communication and service.

The only item we needed and couldn't find was a pair of tongs for grilling, serving salad, etc.Brighter lighting is needed in the kitchen.Everything else very satisfactory, and we enjoyed our stay. Sitting on the deck overlooking the river was especially enjoyable.

Peaceful, comfy get away

From the minute we booked this VRBO the owner was readily accessible and responsive. The unit was very clean, we had everything we needed. The location is quiet and close to the Braden River. We enjoyed the deck and talking to the kayakers as they drifted by. We would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay in Bradenton

When we arrived the house was very clean and neat. It’s a very cozy space. We had a second couple with us and the property owner set out an air mattress to allow all 4 of us to have a place to sleep. The location was very peaceful and a short walk away from the river. It’s also a short drive away from the Freedom Factory. Would stay again.

Clean and Comfortable

Came in for wedding so we were gone most of the days and only there at night to sleep. The Guest House was very clean and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The river view from the dock was very nice. Wish we had more time to enjoy.

Great little cottage

They thought of everything in this cottage. Has all the essentials plus more. Clean and nicely decorated. Fun location for river fun. We were there for a golf tournament so we didn’t get to spend time in the immediate area but seemed very relaxed and friendly. If we return to the area we would rent here again. Thank you!

Week end get away

The house is exactly as the pictures show. All the comforts of home. The front porch is great to sit on at night. The dock has a table and chairs and is great for alligator watching!! We saw one gliding down the river. Very peaceful and relaxing! We’ll definitely be back!!!

A hidden Gem in Lakewood Ranch area

This was surprisingly nice Guest Room on this property with three rentals. Much privacy from the other two rentals and everything you need for a weekend getaway. It's a studio that has been decorated to seem like a separate bedroom. Nice little kitchen and the property is peaceful and away from the main traffic.Everything was good.Seamless check in and ready for us. Thank you, Steve. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for our purpose of visit

Quiet, comfortable, clean. Perfect for our visit. Prompt communication from host. I would definitely stay there again if the shower size is improved.The only inconvenience we experienced was the size of shower! If only it was a bit larger!! I am 5’5” and was struggling with the space. My husband is almost 6’ tall and definitely was a struggle.

Airplane bathroom

I’ll give positives first, comfortable king size bed and it’s nice to have extra space than you would have in a hotel. The location is abutting a River but also an RV park. The major problem is the tiny bathroom. The shower has a slanted roof not good for anybody especially tall people. There is a lot of knocking and pining in the walls that can keep you up. The final straw for us was the power going out in the bathroom after my gf used the provided hair dryer. We cut our stay short and got a hotel.
