We had a truly wonderful stay at this house. The hosts, Céline and Jean Jacques, were simply delightful: kind, attentive, and always available to help. Not only did they give us a warm welcome, but they also recommended excellent restaurants, beaches, and places to visit, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.The house itself is very spacious. We were a group of 10, and between the main house and the guesthouse, we were perfectly accommodated in 5 separate bedrooms. The outdoor spaces are a real highlight: the garden is large and well-kept, the pool is fantastic, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy, from table tennis to electric grills for barbecues with friends.We particularly appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift: a large 1.5-liter bottle of excellent wine, which made our arrival feel extra special. The hosts also took the time to explain everything clearly, so we felt comfortable and well looked after from the very beginning.The location is convenient—not too far from shops and services, yet still surrounded by greenery. Of course, being immersed in nature means encountering a few insects or mosquitoes, but nothing out of the ordinary for such a setting.Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would be more than happy to return.

Fantastisk

Funktionelt og hyggeligt hus og studio-lejlighed. Desuden en stor, dyb og lækker pool. Værtsparret var fantastiske og meget hjælpsomme. De var nemme at komme i kontakt med, og de kom, hvis der var behov for det. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage :-)

Magnifique maison pour un séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans la maison du bonheur. Céline et son mari nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement et se sont montrés extrêmement disponibles pendant notre séjour. La maison est très confortable, d'une grande propreté. Le jardin est très grand, au cœur de la nature, et en même temps seulement à 800m du village. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!

Grand we très agréable dans cette belle maison très bien équipée pour les petits et les grands . Céline est très disponible et l'accueil est chaleureux. Si vous êtes vers Bagnols en forêt n'hésitez pas,c'est le lieu où aller!!!!

Aufenthalt mit unschönem Ende

Zum Haus: Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. So sind die Möbel alt, die Mückengitter löchrig, die Tischtennisplatte kaputt, die Polllampen hielten nicht in der Verankerung, die Klobrillen hielten nicht mehr und in einer Dusche war die Duschstange locker. Der Pool ist sehr schön und ist eigentlich auch das Highlight des Gebäudes. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und auch für die Erwachsenen war der Abkühlung gerne Willkommen. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen hier Urlaub macht, sollte man bedenken, dass die Bauweise sehr hellhörig ist und Küchengeräusche im gesamten Haupthaus zu hören sind. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nur der Backofen macht teils, was er möchte. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto. Hiermit sind nette Strände innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die direkte Umgebung bietet nicht viel mehr als Gebüsch und Sträucher. So muss man auch für eine Wanderung erstmal ins Auto steigen. Der kleine Ort, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, bietet 3 nette Restaurants, die auch zu empfehlen sind, einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, Tankstelle und Apotheke. In der Beschreibung des Objektes ist beschrieben, dass Pferde auf dem Gelände wohnen. Dem ist nicht so, allerdings kam die Besitzerin zweimal mit den beiden Pferden, die mittlerweile woanders untergebracht sind, vorbei, was wir sehr nett fanden. In der Umgebung sind einige Ferienhäuser, wo leider zum Teil Partys bin in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert wurden. Unser Aufenthalt war alles in allem schön. Allerdings kam das bittere Ende als wir wieder zu Hause waren. Uns wurde von der Kaution ein nicht zu kleiner Betrag abgezogen. Begründet damit, dass wir Flecken auf dem Handtüchern und Bettlaken hinterlassen hätten. Auf dem als Nachweis mitgeschickten Fotos war klar zu erkennen, dass sowohl Handtücher als auch Bettlaken VOR der Wäsche fotografiert wurden. Außerdem wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Reinigung des Hauses 22 Stunden! in Anspruch genommen hätte. Außerdem wurde uns vorgeworfen, dass wir sowohl für die defekten Klobrillen, für die defekte Duschstange und die kaputtenen Polllichter die Verantwortung tragen würden. Nachweislich waren diese schon bei unserer Ankunft defekt. Echt sehr schade. Aufgrund dessen, was mir und unseren Mitreisenden, nich nie passiert ist und wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen/ und -Häusern und gehen stets vorbildlich mit dem Eigentum anderer um, können wir das Objekt als Familiendomizil nicht empfehlen.

Maison 🏠 du Bonheur 😍😎

Nous avons loué avec des ami(e)s la maison du bonheur la semaine du 8 août et comme son nom l'indique nous avons passé un excellent moment. Céline et Jean-Jacques nous ont très bien accueillis, la maison était propre et tout avait été préparés afin que nous puissions nous sentir "comme à la maison". La piscine était nettoyée et prête pour que petits et grands puissent en profiter des leur arrivée. Les enfants ont adoré pouvoir s'occuper des poules et c'était un vrai bonheur d'avoir des œufs frais tous les jours. Nos hôtes nous ont également permis de faire une belle balade à cheval en pleine nature, nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Mes ami(e)s et moi même recommandons cet endroit et remercions encore une fois Céline et Jean Jacques pour leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité.

Le bonheur

La maison porte tres bien son nom. Superbe maison tres bien équipée, spacieuse et agréable. Et que dire de Céline et Jean-Jacques, les propriétaires... des hôtes aux petits soins et discrets... Réservation finalisée pour 2021 ! Mille choses à découvrir dans un rayon de 30 km... Superbes vacances. Merci à Céline pour les balades à cheval... Merci à Jean-Jacques pour sa disponibilité.

Long week-end en famille

Première expérience de location d’une maison. Les grands et les petits ont aimé ces quatre jours. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et gentillesse ainsi s pour les œufs, le bon rosé et la merveilleuse balade au cheval🥰🥰🥰. Maison facile à rejoindre et proche du village tout comme la description très détaillée sur le site internet. Sûrement à refaire !

Der perfekte Ort

Auf Grund eines Sturmschadens mussten wir sehr spontan unsere Unerkunft wechseln. Uns hätte nichts besseres passieren können. Die unglaublich netten Gastgeber Céline und Jean-Jacques haben nicht nur sofort reagiert und waren sehr aufmerksam, diskret und zuvorkommend, sie haben unseren Kindern auch ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit Ihren Pferden ermöglicht. Überhaupt ist der Ort für Kinder fantastisch. Es gibt viel Spielzeug, Hühner im Garten, eine Tischntennisplatte und viel Platz. Das Happy House ist einfach der perfekte Ort. Sauber, schön und zweckmäßig, und die Lage zwischen Bergen und Strand könnte nicht schöner sein. Vielen Dank für eine traumhaft schöne Zeit!

Magnifique maison et accueil formidable!

Nous avons passé un court séjour magnifique! A peine l'inscription est-elle faite que nos hôtes nous attendent déjà par un mot d'accueil adorable ! Ils sont ultra disponibles! Great place for Family holiday

As two families of four adults and four kids (age of 4 to 13) we had a great week around first of October. The house including pool is in a very good condition and is very well equipped, including an international library with all kinds of topics (predominantly in English and French). Perfect for relaxing but also hiking, mountain biking, swimming, trips to villages in the mountains or at the Coast like St. Tropez. Very friendly and open-minded owners (fluent in English) who also have horses in the neighborhood and went with our girls on a ride. Very impressive and many thanks for that! All in all a highly recommendable choice!

Beautiful place in tranquil environment

What an amazing place. Our family absolutely loved the adequately named Maison du Bonheur. The house and the entire setting is cozy and peaceful but also functional and well equipped. The terrace and yard make for a lovely outdoor living and dining room. The chlorine-free pool is a delight to swim in, with the surrounding the yard providing the perfect and private setting to soak sun between swims. With the house so inviting, we spent less time than expected exploring the surroundings but what we saw was charming, both at the beach and in near-by villages (with Bagnol-en-Foret offering some local "neighbourhood" shops and restaurants in addition to a small supermarket). Celine and Jean-Jacques extended a very warm welcome and made us feel at home from the first minute of arrival. Thank you both for opening the Maison du Bonheur to us and allowing us to have a very memorable time in Southern France. We hope to be back soon.

Un vrai petit coin de paradis!!!

Ayant l'habitude de vadrouiller pas mal, je peux vous assurer que cette maison et ses propriétaires sont de vrai perles! Un accueil on ne peut mieux, tout la famille est adorable et aux petits soins pour vous (même les animaux !) l'endroit est magique et la région superbe!!Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Enfin ...non ! Gardez les grands ouverts pour profiter de toute cette beauté et revenir comme nous de beaux souvenirs plein la tête!Personnellement nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!Alors à bientôt!!! :)

Excellent séjour, cadre idéal, hôtes adorables

Nous avons passé des vacances formidables dans cette belle propriété au calme. Des hôtes très gentils, discrets mais disponibles, débordant de petites attentions. On se sent comme à la maison!! Belle piscine, table de tenis de table, une multitude de jouets pour enfants, place de parking, jeux de société et j’en passe.. tout est réuni pour passer de bons moments. Les animaux de la famille ont enchanté Elliot notre petit garçon de un an. (Merci pour les œufs frais!!) Excellent séjour dans ce studio du bonheur. On recommande les yeux fermés. E.L.V

Underbar vecka i franska landsbygden

Celine och hennes familj är verkligen underbara värdar, rent och snyggt, bra med utrymme och sängarna jättesköna. Vi saknade ingenting under vår vistelse. Poolområdet var också helt fantastisk och man har ingen insyn. Jag skulle ge 5 stjärnor om jag bara skulle skulle recensera huset, poolområdet och värdparet. Dock måste man ha bil och man kan inte gå någonstans utan bil, då det är smala landsvägar och ganska galen trafik:-) Så vill man bara hänga om kring och göra bilutflykter är det helt underbart, men vill du promenera eller går till matvaruaffär eller restauranger så skulle jag välja annat ställe.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Même si la maison paraît un peu plus spacieuse sur les photos qu'en réalité, elle est bien agencée et l'extérieur est très agréable! Les soirées ne sont pas étouffantes grace à l'altitude et la région est très belle. Par ailleurs Jean Jacques et Céline sont particulièrement accueillants et disponibles, nos filles ont eu la chance de monter sur leurs chevaux et elles en gardent un souvenir inoubliable. Merci beaucoup !
