New house of 160m2, very bright living room approx 55m2.
4 large bedrooms. Three bathrooms and two separate toilets. Large fully equipped kitchen. Neat decoration in contemporary Cuban style. Magnificent view of the needles of bavella. 5 minutes from the natural pools of Cavu and 10 minutes from the charming little port of Pinarello, with its fine white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Swimming pool secured by a fence and a gate. (Heating at an additional cost150€/week). The tree climbing course on the banks of the Cavu river with its restaurant pizzeria is 5 minutes away. All shops 5 minutes away. Open-air cinema. Table football. Heated swimming pool according to the season with supplement.
Deposit check of 1500€ to be given on the day of arrival.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, malgré notre arrivée tardive (vers 22h45).C'est une belle maison. Bien exposée. Avec une très belle vue en général et de la terrasse côté cuisine en particulier.Calme, pas de bruit.Bien située pour rayonner.Bonifacio est à 1 heure de route. Les aiguilles de Bavella à 1 h 20 environ.Climatisation efficace.Séjour-salon-cuisine bien grand et lumineux.Les chambres sont confortables.Piscine pas très grande, mais suffisante pour se détendre et se rafraichir.Il faut être bien guidé pour l'arrivée, car ce n'est pas cartographié jusqu'au bout. Mais la propriétaire est un bon guide par téléphone.Nous étions 7, dont 2 petits enfants. Maison idéale.Juste attention pour les propriétaires de voitures électriques ou hybrides rechargeables: il n'y a pas de point de recharge accessible à pied. Les plus près sont autour de Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio. Point faible général de la Corse du sud aujourd'hui.Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Bon séjour

Vacances entre amis, nous avons passé un super séjour. Maison agréable très bien équipée et avec vue magnifique sur les aiguilles de Bavella, nous recommandons ! Hôtes sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Vacanza di 10 giorni in famiglia con amici

Struttura nuova con cucina completa di tutto. Piscina privata piccola ma ideale per rinfrescarsi a fine giornata. A 5 minuti di macchina dalle piscine del cavu e a 15 minuti dalle spiagge di Pinarello. Ideale anche per 2 famiglie, con piano seminterrato con 4 posti letto e bagno riservato.
