We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Settle into a spacious retreat where gatherings flow easily and every corner invites relaxation. Sip coffee on the covered patio as the sun rises over the fenced backyard, or spend an afternoon laughing together over games and movies in the downstairs lounge. With room for your group to spread out across multiple levels, this home offers the balance of shared spaces and quiet nooks you’ll appreciate throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Six oversized bedrooms give everyone a place to recharge, with eight beds in total: three king, two queen, two full, and a full pull-out sofa. The master suite features its own bathroom and a comfortable king bed, while all rooms include room-darkening shades, soft linens, and Green Leaf memory foam mattresses. Together, these arrangements provide restful accommodations for up to 14 guests.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are designed for convenience, with expansive vanities and essentials like hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower/tub combo, making it easy to accommodate different needs.

Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and serving pieces, giving you everything you need for home-style meals. Gather around two dining tables that together seat up to 18, or enjoy casual bites at the central island with bar seating. From here, flow into the lounge where an L-shaped sectional, a 50” Smart TV, and an electronic fireplace create a cozy place to unwind.

Entertainment & gathering spaces
Downstairs, the game room sets the stage for fun. Watch movies on the 100" projector, challenge each other to foosball or Pac-Man, or enjoy the giant checkerboard and putting green. Ample seating makes this level a lively hub where the whole group can relax together.

Outdoor living
Step onto the covered back patio for an evening barbecue or simply soak in the fresh Colorado air. The fenced backyard provides space for lawn games and a secure area for pets, with up to two dogs welcome.

Extras & conveniences
Arriving by car is simple with free parking for up to five vehicles and an EV charger available. Self check-in with a keypad, a Nest Smart thermostat, high-efficiency washer and dryer, and family-friendly touches like a crib and Pack ‘n Play add to the ease of your stay. WiFi keeps you connected, while an e-guidebook offers local restaurant and activity recommendations. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, and a first aid kit.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
