Capture the perfect vacation memories in our dedicated "photo corner," designed for those shareable moments. Downstairs, discover a fun and lively music-themed basement living area complete with a foosball table – your own entertainment hub!



The Space:

Your comfortable and entertaining Colorado escape awaits! Step into our bright main level featuring an inviting open seating area and a modern kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (including a new stove!) and a stocked coffee bar. Relax in the cozy living room by the fireplace, enjoying scenic views and access to the deck with a grill.



Capture fun vacation moments in our dedicated "Instagram corner." Upstairs, you'll find four comfortable bedrooms: two king-sized and two queen-sized beds, plus two convenient fold-out beds.



Head downstairs for more entertainment in our awesome basement! Challenge each other to foosball in the second living area, complete with a TV and a handy kitchenette.



Enjoy our private backyard retreat with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, a seasonal pool, and stunning mountain views.



For your convenience, we offer three full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and HD Roku TVs in every bedroom and both living areas.



Sleeping arrangements include: a main-level master suite with a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony; a main-level queen guest room; and two basement bedrooms with a king and a queen bed.



Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a pet fee.

This home was ideal for our dual family vacation. The location in-between the mountains and Denver initially drew our eye, but we were even more excited when we discovered a nearby playground park and nature preserve with so many trails all within walking distance. House is really nice. Quiet neighborhood, in an excellent location, close to grocery stores. Our dog loved the huge back yard! The beds were softer than we would have liked which was hard for a long stay. Other than that, it's a great rental. Jill was very easy to communicate with.

Everything was perfect; just what we were wanting. The place was well appointed, with everything we needed. There was plenty of space, and then some, for the six of us. This is such a lovely house! It is equipped with EVERYTHING (potty chairs, swim diapers, games, etc. etc.). The check-in and -out processes were super simple. Communication with the hosts was great. Our families had a wonderful time.

Jill was amazing at communicating with me. The house looked fine from the outside but WOW on the inside and backyard!!! 4 great bedrooms,huge kitchen, great game area downstairs, pool and hot tub and huge deck outside. A separate family could pretty much be downstairs with two bedrooms and a kitchen! We would totally re-book with Jill!!
