Large, fenced backyard with fire pit, hammock, multi-level deck and relaxing hot tub - Just two houses down from Discovery Park.
Our large home has two main living areas, when you enter, you'll find a full kitchen and living room with a large TV connected to Roku and ready to stream. The dining room can seat up to 8 or there are a few seats at the kitchen bar for a casual meal. The Master Suite has its own bathroom and a private balcony, and the second bedroom shares a full bath stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner and Body Wash. From the Living Room there is French door access to the back deck with great views of the mountains and large seating area to enjoy with your guests for cozy evenings and beautiful sunsets.
The basement level has a nice open living room with a sofa couch and another large TV. There is a kitchenette next to the laundry room with an available Washer/Dryer (and detergent!) for guest use and access to the large, fenced in backyard. Downstairs are the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom as well.
We love your furry pets, just let us know you're bringing them along to enjoy the Colorado landscape.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Sprouts Farmers Market, Starbucks, Apple Ridge Café, and Discovery Playground Park, with great views of the Rocky Mountains. Wheat Ridge rec center across Kipling St. and this area is lucky enough to have many different types of wildlife.
You may see around the property the occasional wildlife including rabbits, raccoons, a variety of birds and insects, even the occasional garden snake. Just let them do their thing, and enjoy it when you are lucky enough to see an occasional sighting.
Getting Around:
Endless biking and jogging trails nearby, such as Clear Creek Park, just south of the house, that can connect you with Boulder to Downtown Denver. Bus routes are a short drive to 10189 West 53rd Avenue, Arvada, CO 80002 and takes you to the new Arvada Ridge G-Line Light rail to Denver Union Station.
