Welcome Home to this quiet highly desired neighborhood of Bel-Aire. The entry offers a front sun patio with a firepit and two exterior loveseat couches. Enjoy the city and mountain views from your private 4-person Hot Tub with Microsilk spa treatment designed for detox, softer skin, reduced irritation and wrinkles as well as boosted collagen production. Relax in the sunroom or sit above the city with a gas firepit on the upper patio. Dine outside with a covered patio table or inside next to a woodburning fireplace. The three bedrooms offer SmartTV's, a Twin bunkbed room, Queen room, and King Bedroom. The living room includes a 1800's Grandfather clock, 65" SmartTV as well as new carpeting and seating. (Seasonal) Relax in the summer with a 16' Round x 4' deep pool. The home is located on an acre of land backing to open space and the Clear Creek River. Lundry includes state of the art washer and dryer. There are 3-4 off street parking spaces. This is truly an amazing Mid-century Modern home experience.
