Dennis was great at check-in and turned up the heat for our arrival. The property is beautiful and so easy for access to Red Rocks. Only downside is the stairs in the house are quite difficult and I would not recommend if you have trouble with stairs. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for our out of town bridal party members! The house is just beautiful and added to our mountain wedding vibe. We hosted the rehearsal dinner and wedding day BBQ here, as well. Our guests just loved the home! Charming, spacious, clean and comfortable. Thank you, Dennis!

6 day stay. It was the perfect location since we had tickets to a Red Rocks concert. The fenced in back patio and yard area was perfect for a visiting dog. We appreciated the water bottles and ice! The laundry was also handy. There was 8 of us and the livingroom fit us all, comfortably. It helped our family vacation to be a great success!
