Amazing, and Makes you feel at home
Words can't express the way your treated from the time you arrive until you leave. From being greeted upon arrival, guide n tour (kids loved and couldn't wait to go), the whole layout and peaceful time. They made you feel appreciated like you was a returning friend for visit not just another customer... All the other campers were friendly and no one was acting like strangers... So many setups no matter if you want to sleep under stars or live it up in the lodge... Definitely be back to try some other options..Thank You

Will definitely be back
We had a great time and will definitely be back!! We love camping but don’t love how crowded the state parks have gotten so this was a great option for us. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

Marluc Bella Vita Ranch was built in 2016 and 2017 to serve families, churches, corporations, Kids sports teams, and non-profit organizations with the goal of facilitating wildlife and nature educatIon as well as athletic opportunities.

What makes this property unique

The ranch holds a wildlife property exemption through the state and county and the heavily wooded portion surrounds a new 4 acre lake with 10 miles of all-weather trails around the lake and the upper meadow where wildlife can be viewed from several deer stands. In addition to deer, dove, wild turkey and varmits such as coyote, bobcat, raccoon, skunk and armadillo there are numerous varieties of birds and fowl. An outdoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, sports field and field house with picnic area are available for bookings as well as campgrounds, tentsites and cabins.. A new one acre Crappie pond was added below the lake in October of 2020 and four miles of grass and dirt/rock mountain bike (non motorized) trails were built in 2021.
