Bright studio with a view of the Olona port La Chaume
Welcome to this sunny 24 m² studio, ideal for 2 to 3 travelers, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, facing the Olona marina. A perfect pied-à-terre to discover Les Sables-d'Olonne... without moving the car.
A prime location
Wake up facing the boats... From the apartment, enjoy an unobstructed view of the port and the lively life of the iconic La Chaume neighborhood.
At just 4 minutes walking distance, the maritime shuttle (depending on periods: April to June, holidays bridges, July-August, September to November) allows you to reach the Grande Plage in just a few minutes, while enjoying the iodized air.
The studio consists of:
A loggia with large bay window, offering a prized view of the port
A single bed in an alcove in the entrance, with storage
A functional living room dining room kitchen space
sofa bed 140 190 cm for 2 people
Fully equipped kitchen for a completely autonomous stay: microwave, filter coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, dishes and utensils
Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin
•Separate toilet

Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge
Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
