We are a family that is passionate about Bretagne, the Emeraude Cote and specially Saint Lunaire, which is why we bought and completely renovated this lovely home.

With the brand-new high-end appliances (SMEG Stove/piano cuisson and LARGE AMERICAN FRIDGE) and nice marble counter tops. With its open concept you can easily cook and enjoy the living room and be part of the Action.

Eating is a pleasure either on the kitchen island or on the dining table seating 8 guests.

Useful back entrance that allows you to hang all your coats, or beach items as well as a guest toilet located on this floor.

We have added a wood Nordic chimney to feel warm in winter and spend beautiful evenings accompanied by the TV or a board game.


SECOND LEVEL :

The views from this floor are wonderful and even if it’s in the Attic the 3 meter height of the celling make it a large and very peaceful room.
