Située à moins de 100 m d’une très belle plage de sable fin accessible par un chemin quasi piétonnier, la maison vous offre tout le confort moderne ainsi qu’un jardin clos de 1500 m2 à l’abri des vues et exposé sud
Une très grande véranda de 45 m2 qui ouvre sur une grande terrasse, offre une aire très claire abritée en cas de pluie.
Une chambre située au RDC avec SDB attenante permet une accessibilité aux PMR, hormis chaise roulante.
Une douche extérieure chaude permet un retour de plage confortable débarrassé du sable.
Vous avez possibilité de garer au moins deux véhicules à l’intérieur du jardin sur une place dédiée.
La proximité de Dinard, Saint Malo, Cancale et même le Mont saint Michel, vous permet d’envisager de très nombreuses excursions, sans oublier les îles avoisinantes desservies par bateau..

Excellente semaine dans cette très confortable maison en tout point conforme à la description. Nous étions 9 et avons beaucoup apprécié tout l'espace qu'elle offre (intérieur et extérieur). Le jardin est très vaste et très agréable à regarder de la véranda qui est un atout certain de la maison. Il suffit de quelques pas pour atteindre la jolie plage de la Fourberie (un plaisir supplémentaire)

Maison conforme à la description, très agréable à vivre où nous avons juste eu à poser nos valises pour le week-end. La maison et le jardin sont bien entretenus, et la cuisine est vraiment bien équipée. Gros plus c’est la proximité avec la plage de Saint Lunaire qui est vraiment à 200m et la cheminée qu’on a pas mal utilisé pour nos apéro en famille

Super séjour dans cette grande maison de bord de mer !

Super séjour dans une grande maison familiale avec jardin à une minute d’une superbe plage accessible uniquement à pieds. La maison très spacieuse et bien organisé permet des sejours en étant très nombreux sans se marcher dessus. La cour permet de garer trois voitures en interieur et il y a de nombreuses places autour. Petit coup de coeur pour la véranda côté jardin et sans vis-à-vis qui offre une pièce de vie très agréable quel que soit le temps. Le cadre est charmant (Dinard, Saint Malo...) et les possibilités d’excursions multiples. L’accueil et la communication ont été parfait, par Abritel, telephone ou lors de notre arrivée . Nous avons passé un super moment et reviendrons chez vous sans aucun doute, probablement plus nombreux ! Merci
