The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat with a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 10 m² and a terrace. We are waiting for you!

The south-west facing flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 14 m² with TV, two sofa beds (single) and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- An open garden of 10 m² and a terrace of 7 m² partitioned by a claustra with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

J'ai bien aimé trouvé le linge sous blister et le kit de nettoyage. Les animaux sont acceptés. 🙁 la propreté est à revoir; le fait que le bac de l'aspirateur ne soit pas vidé par exemple n'est pas top."

AR MOR 603 "Nous avons passer un très bon séjour. La plage est à 10 min à pied, parfait pour les promenades avec notre chien. Appartement correspondant à la description, calme et équipe d’un extérieur. Très propre. Draps et serviettes fournie. La cuisine n’est pas équipé en sel, poivre, huile, essuie-tout. A prévoir avant de partir. Sinon casserole, poêle, etc au top. Attention en cas de venu avec un chien, impossibilité de le laisser dans le jardin car communicant avec toute la résidence. Prévoir de quoi l’attacher. Sinon nous avons apprécier le calme et la sécurité de la résidence, l’arriver autonome et la proximité des activités ( plages débarquement, le mont saint Michel, Deauville,….)"
