Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt

Toller, großer Pool, geräumige und rustikal, aber gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder! Das Haus liegt abseits, dadurch sehr ruhig (abgesehen von krähenden Hähnen und ab und an Eselgeschrei). Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder und absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Finca mit großem Pool. Der Pool war bei diesem Traumhaften Wetter ständig belegt. Finca hat alles was man so braucht. Alles liegt sehr zentral. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Top Eventuell sollte man die Matratzen durch weichere ersetzen. Sonst alles Top.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Es ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Nichts ist kaputt. Nach dem Unwetter kam der Besitzer sofort und hat alle Schäden beseitigt und den Pool gereinigt. Die Tipps die man per Mail bekam waren sehr gut und das einchecken hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Mobiliar der Finca ist in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte mal erneuert werden. Außerdem wären Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern wünschenswert. Ein Hinweis über die Lage der Finca direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße wäre gut.

Lage gut, Ausstattung sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Die Finca ist eigentlich ganz schön. Allerdings hatte es im Anbau bei Regen reingeregnet und es gab einen Stromausfall. Auch die Schirmständer waren durchgerostet und viele Glühbirnen waren defekt. Also die Ausstattung war ziemlich alt und austauschfähig. Trotzdem war es im großen und ganzen eine schöne Finca.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa for 6 days!

Everything was very straightforward from booking to check-in, and the host was super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself is spacious and well-kept, with a beautiful pool and all the amenities you could need. It’s close to Capdepera, yet tucked away in a quiet, isolated spot, which made it perfect for relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely come back!

alles bestens. ruhig gelegen. Leider nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Taxi nach Cala Rajada kostet ca. 15-20 € würden hier wieder buchen.

Grosszügiges Haus mit Strassenlärm

Das Haus ist grosszügig und sauber, allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten durchweg 33°, jedoch keine Klimaanlage. Es war anstrengend, auch nachts. Vor manchen Fenstern war ein Insektenschutz angebracht, der Schäden aufwies. So konnten die zahlreichen agressiven Mücken auch in die Schlafräume vordringen. Ausserdem war der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Der Checkin über die Agentur IPM war mangelhaft. Emails kamen erst nach telef. Nachfrage und der Online-Checkin ist fehlerhaft!

Großzügige Finca in toller Lage

Mit insgesamt 9 Familienmitgliedern haben wir auf nichts verzichtet und hatten genügend Platz !

Klimaanlage in der Beschreibung aber keine vorhanden!!!

Kurz zusammenfasst.... das Objekt ist recht schön, die Ausstattung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen aber das unverschämte ist eine Klimaanlage anzubieten die es überhaupt nicht gibt !!! Wir haben uns aber darauf verlassen !!!! Keine Entschädigung dafür, nichts !!!!

Wunderschöne Finca, wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas mehr beinhalten, sowie noch ein zusätzlicher Kühlschrank. Ansonsten war alles top.
