Mit 3 Doppelzimmern plus 1 Kinderzimmer bietet das Haus viel Platz.
Die Lage ist OK, etwa 30-40 Minuten Fußweg zum Hafen von Cala Ratjada. Allerdings ist die Nachbarschaft sehr empfindlich. Als wir in der 1. Nacht per Taxi nach Hause kamen, gab es gleich Beschwerden. So ganz geräuschlos ist das leider nicht zu machen.
Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Der Pool lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein.
Alles in allem empfehlenswert, wenn man sehr leise ist.

Ich danke für die positive Kritik. Da das Haus in einer hauptsächlich von Spaniern bewohnten Umgegend liegt, die morgens arbeiten müssen, muss man leider Spätabends und in der Nacht ein bisschen Rücksicht nehmen (speziell im Aussenbereich). Das kann aber umgekehrt auch manchmal ein Vorteil sein wenn man Ruhe vor dem Trubel sucht...

Mooie buitenkant
Mooie buitenkant, helaas is het huis aan onderhoud toe. Zwembad mist tegeltjes, vloeren in huis zijn gedateerd. En niet schoon.
Doucheputje liet het water niet goed weglopen. Voegen niet schoon.
Huis en meubilair hebben een update nodig. Zeker gezien de huur prijs. Stoelen waren niet schoon. Het was het allemaal net niet.
Ligging is perfect. Met een beetje investering een super huis van te maken. Mooi aan zee met alle mogelijkheden.

I understand that you didn't like the style of the furnishing, but I can assure you that it was not cheap, and most of it was made of solid wood by a Majorcan carpenter.
The outdoors and the pool are cleaned twice a week by a specialised company.
Finally, as the house was built in 2011, the interiors were repainted in 2021 and the facade was renovated in 2022, I cannot see why it should be "outdated"...
