Superbe séjour à Santa Giulia

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans cette location à l'écart du bruit et de la foule. Nous avons été reçus par le propriétaire, très compréhensif et arrangeant. Le logement est très bien équipé, deux belles terrasses qui doivent être très agréable en été car bien ombragées.

Nous avons du attendre 2 ans à cause du COVID pour finalement avoir la chance de séjourner dans la villa de M. Gabbani, et ça valait le coup d'attendre!! :D Extérieur parfaitement arboré, intérieur décoré avec goût, praticité de la disposition du logement (2 couples adultes pouvant être chacun de leur côté), communication avec le propriétaire irréprochable, bref un véritable bonheur! Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cette semaine, à proximité immédiate de la sublime baie de Santa Giulia!!

Super séjour dans la villa proche santa guilia

Laurent et sa compagne nous ont reçu merveilleuse bien. On a passé un séjour super avec le confort absolu dans la villa. Nous étions 3 adultes, une fille de 7 ans et notre bébé de11 mois ave chaude haute et lit parapluie disponible. Tout est parfait. On revient très vite. Promis !!!

SSS =Super Haus, Super Lage, Sympathischer Gastgeber

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage ( Nähe zu den schönsten Stränden, zur Stadt, zum Starten von Ausflügen...), das Haus mit einem tollen Pool und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderbare Aussicht genossen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich! Absolut zu empfehlen!

Parfait!

Situation optimale. TOUT est proche. La qualité des extérieurs de la maison est exceptionnelle. La maison est largement assez grande pour 5 ou 6 personnes. La propreté est impeccable. Laurent sait accueillir et mettre à l’aise. Les deux terrasses ont deux ambiances différentes et sont très grandes. La piscine suffit largement pour tous. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable sur Porto vecchio. La souplesse des dates de réservation est un gros plus!!! Laurent est un des très rares proprios à proposer, en plein été, des dates de réservation à la demande. Nous avons passé une semaine à partir du dimanche et non du samedi comme pour la grande majorité des locations. Merci pour tout!!

Wunderschönes Haus in fantastischer Umgebung

Ein perfekter Urlaub! Das Haus enthält alles, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist äußerst sauber und Garten und Umfeld sind sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für die schöne Zeit auf der Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub....

... und ein wirklich tolles Haus. Wir waren von der gepflegten Anlage sehr angetan und unsere Kinder waren vom Pool hellauf begeistert. Als nach zwei Tagen abends ein starker Wind aufkam - hat Laurent gleich am nächsten Tag den Pool reinigen lassen - ein super Service! Auch die Lage des Hauses lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten an den umliegenden Stränden oder in einer halben Stunde in den wunderbaren Bergen um L´Ospedale. Auch der kleine Spar Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten entfernt und hat an 7 Tagen geöffnet. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen sicher wieder. Santa guilia heaven

This villa was perfect for the 5 of us. Very well stocked and comfortable. Air con, heating, lovely private pool . Very quiet and peaceful around there. Nearest shop is a 8 minute walk and sells bread and local cheese/ham etc ... the Santa Giulia beach is to my mind much better than palomobaggia. White sand, turquoise water. You do need a car to stay at this villa. There is ample parking. It’s about 5 minutes drive to the beach once you find the quick route! Would definitely stay again!

j ai passée 12 jours a profiter du charme de la location qui a dont tous ce qu on a besoin , meme pour une famille c est idéale ! la discretion des residences qui sont autour on est vraiment dans un cocon , toutes commodités sont accessible en voiture a peine 10 minutes , la plage santa giulia a peine 5 minutes en voiture ,le reve ,le paysage , c etait un vrai bonheur que je recommande cette location ou vous rencontrerer monsieur GABBANI le proprietaire qui est au petit soin ,merci encore ,a tres vite . Nous avons séjournés dans cette villa du 30 décembre 2018 au 6 janvier 2019. Très belle villa à recommander pour son calme, description conforme à la l'intérieur de la maison. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais nous avons été reçu par son fils qui nous a fait un très bon accueil. C'est propre et la literie est bonne. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine malheureusement à cette époque mais idéal pour les beaux jours. Nous espèrons pouvoir y revenir. Petite suggestion : Il faudrait laisser des produits ménagers et le petit nécessaire (comme sel, poivre...). Franchement rien de négatif à dire Pascale LEFEVRE

Très belle, spacieuse et confortable villa avec piscine : 3 grandes chambres, 2 salles de bain, une très bonne literie et le tout très bien équipé. Les terrasses extérieures sont très agréables et sans vis à vis. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Monsieur Gabbani. Il ne nous a manqué que le soleil !

gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Es handelt sich um ein gepflegtes, sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit schönem Blick in die Natur. Gleichzeitig ist es nicht weit zu den Stränden sowie nach Porto Vecchio zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und besitzt viele nützliche Details, wie z. B. Insektenschutz-Rollos an den Fenstern. Es ist insgesamt exakt so, wie beschrieben. Sehr schön ist die Möglichkeit, je nach Bedarf zwischen zwei verschiedenen Terrassenbereichen am Haus pendeln zu können. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Bedarf immer hilfsbereit zur Verfügung, ist dabei sehr zurückhaltend und respektiert die Privatsphäre. Es ist alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
