The Petit Moulin estate is ideally located in the heart of a valley classified as "Remarkable Heritage Sites", in Normandy (in Courcy 50).<br>Our cottage is 15 minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, 5 minutes from Coutances and 45 minutes from Sainte Mère Eglise, Carentan. for the celebrations of the 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings<br><br>This cottage, with its neat and warm decoration, is ideal for taking time and recharging your batteries all year round. It has been selected by "Coutances Tourisme" to represent a typical accommodation of Lower Normandy.<br>Its natural and cosy decoration, the zen atmosphere, the large private terrace overlooking the pond will allow you to let go.<br><br>In an exceptional environment, this cottage offers an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.<br><br>On 100m², it is spread over 3 levels:<br>- On the ground floor:<br>* a fully equipped kitchen<br>* a large dining room with its long pine table and saloon chairs, its small lounge area by the Godin wood stove.<br>- On the 1st floor:<br>* WC, bathroom with shower<br>* a large living room with its two large feather sofas, armchair, ottoman... and a breathtaking view of the pond<br>* a cathedral room with a double bed of 160<br>The 1st floor is also accessible from the outside.<br>- On the 2nd floor:<br>* a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a mezzanine with a single bed.<br>A large terrace of 70m², on stilts, overlooks the pond, it will allow you to observe fish, moorhens and herons.... or simply to relax.<br><br>Typical houses of the Coutançais, independent and completely restored with natural materials, our 2 cottages (Riverside and Lakeside Cottage) have obtained a three-star classification "furnished tourist accommodation", a guarantee of quality and comfort.<br><br>The tourist tax (for people +18 years old/night) will be paid on departure.<br><br>On our website you will find more information about the 2 cottages that you can also rent together, giving you a capacity of 9 people.<br><br>Minimum stay?<br>• Short stays subject to availability on D-15, excluding school holidays = min 3 nights.<br>• July/August & February holidays, Easter, All Saints' Day & Christmas = min 1 week from Saturday to Saturday<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you to the Domaine du Petit Moulin...<br>
