The Farmhouse is the newest addition to the Grateful Woods family! It sits on its own 8 acres, just at the top of the driveway & across the street from the other units, with a beautiful view of the farm. Aside from your own amenities that the Farmhouse has to offer, you will also have access to the pool (seasonally - please inquire), wooded trails & the gorgeous scenic driveway stroll through the pastures to visit with the animals.

Beautiful farmhouse

We rented both property sites for the weekend and the farmhouse is where family with smaller children stayed. It was perfect! Plenty of space and a huge yard for them to run around in!

Wonderful week at Grateful Woods

Our 4 adults and 3 kids had a great time at the Farmhouse. The house was well appointed with everything we needed to cook and relax, and the game room was a nice bonus on rainy days. Access to the Grateful Woods farm, horse barn, pool, etc was a treat. Casey was incredibly responsive to our needs and an excellent host! The one downside was tick season; we found ticks daily on us and in the beds. We were warned to watch out for them, used spray and wore pants/high socks, but the length of the grass all around the property meant if the kids wanted to run around it was always risky. Overall I’d recommend this property!
