Surrounded by 5 acres of lush forests and wildlife, we are minutes away from Windham shopping area, ski slopes, hiking trails, lakes, and waterfalls. Heated indoor saltwater swimming pool, multiple fireplaces, 200 MB Wi-Fi, and state-of-the-art surround sound provide the ultimate comfort.

Step inside to discover a stylishly decorated space with warm wood and stone accents, and enough room for your entire group to spread out and relax! This 2600 sq ft home offers spacious accommodations making this the perfect choice for several families or groups of friends traveling to the Catskill Mountains. The living room couch invites you to kick back and unwind, with a glass of wine in front of the wood burning fireplace. Wake early to enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck overlooking 5 acres of land and the ski slopes at Windham, less then 3 miles away. Start the barbecue and get those steaks ready for dinner, or play some bocce with your friends. Adventure on the nearby nature trails for a hike through the scenic Catskill mountains.
After a long day shredding the fresh powder at nearby Windham (7 minute drive) or Hunter ( 18 minutes) come home and relax in your own heated Swimming Pool, shoot some darts, or challenge your friends to a game of billiard .

The aspiring chef of your group will love preparing tasty recipes in our fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances, before sitting down to enjoy the feast at our large dining room. What an amazing place

Spent a week here at this magical property. WOW this place was one of a kind. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for the kids and my father in law golfed every day we were there. Can't wait to be back.

GREAT property with a WONDERFUL host

We love this property - stayed in it two years in a row. How can you beat an indoor pool, pool table, and minutes from ski slopes? I'll tell you how - a great host. Mario is super friendly and helpful - added a lot of thoughtful touches in the house, such as Sonos music, amenities like spare toothbrushes, and was quick to provide answers to all our questions and help whenever we needed it. Five stars!

Beautiful house and view

The indoor pool is the reason you book this stay. The view is gorgeous and the owner was very easy to communicate with. For the price you pay, the house itself needs better upkeep. The weeds overflow into all of the walkways. There is a leak in the roof by the living room which lead to puddles on the floor. Some of the windows and lights were broken need to be replaced. Toilet paper holders were completely broken off. Cornhole had broken boards and the bocce set was missing a ball. Other minor cosmetic issues were noticed as well. Other than the minor cosmetic stuff, everything else was truly wonderful. Pool was heated and very nice. Amazing view. Outdoor space was fun. Comfortable furniture and beds. Everyone had a great time.

SO MUCH to do

Great house. All is as the pictures show. The owner was very easy and great to work with. What surprised us about the house first off was that there are so many things to do golf playgrounds for the kids fire pit bocce indoor gym and of course the giant pool. We stayed during summer and planned on taking excursions to nearby areas but in reality we only went out once because there was so much to do in the house with all the kids and families. The views are spectacular.

Nice variety of activities for kids ages 4-12; emergency generators worked flawlessly during two power failures due to thunderstorms; charcoal smoker and gas grill on site were great; enjoyed seeing the deer and wild turkeys in the back yard; sitting around the campfire enjoying s'mores under the stars!

An oasis

The pictures don't do it justice. The place is gorgeous and has everything you could think of(including wireless phone chargers on every nightstand). The pool was amazing, we swam twice a day and the kids were in heaven. The beds were comfortable and the views are stunning. We will definitely be back.

Best House in Windham!

Where else can you get a huge indoor pool with your vacation home?! It has to be 16x30, it’s big and the kids loved it! The house itself is beautiful, newly renovated and basically brand new. The house is very cozy and very comfortable. The property is over 5 acres and the views of the mountains are fantastic. There’s a fire pit, playground, a par 3 golf green and a 2 car garage with a gym and all kinds of toys to play with. The owners are terrific. We had a great time, no one wanted to leave and we will be back!! Mike, Yvette & Family

The house and grounds are great: clean, and lots of activities. The pool is big and the salt water is so much better than typical high chlorine. The house is minutes away from the mountain but still offers privacy and plenty of space. The wired sound system is nice touch! Overall it’s a great option for families with skiers and non-skiers.

Relaxing Getaway in a Beautiful House

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The décor was stylish and tastefully done. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Wonderful views of the mountains. Very close to center of town and skiing. The pool and outdoor kids playset were the icing on the cake. We went during the winter for skiing and hoping to come back in the summer. Our family and friends made many wonderful memories. Mario and his wife were gracious hosts. They responded almost immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful getaway

We chose this property to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday with family from various parts of New York. This house was perfect for our group. Upon arrival the house was clean and beautifully set. The multiple fireplaces made it very cozy. The house is filled with activities including the pool (the kids AND adults loved this!), the backyard with the play set, fire pit and various activities available, the gym, games and puzzles inside the house, and the pool table downstairs. We were able to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The ski mountain is also very close but we chose not to do that because the house had more than enough to keep us entertained. We would all rent this house again!

Wonderful house with great character

The house offered many different ways for recreation and relaxation: 1. The inside pool was a great hit for both kids and adults. 2. The outdoor playground was very nice. 3. The billiard table. 4. The sunken living room. 5. The secret room. We also really enjoyed the kitchen and grill. The house has so much character and it is clear that it is maintained with a lot of love and attention to details. Mario was a great host, being very responsive and making sure we enjoyed our stay.

Great family getaway!

5 stars! Our 3-generational family had a wonderful time and was able to relax away from the city. Firstly, Mario was extremely responsive from the very beginning. We had a few questions before we decided to book and he was quick with his responses, extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Check in was easy and the house is as advertised! The property was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning upon check in, and after one text message to Mario, a repair person was sent to the house and the issue was handled. The indoor pool was the absolute highlight of our trip. Unfortunately we had a few rainy days while we were there, but that is exactly why we booked a place with an indoor pool. We used it every day! We loved sitting out on the balcony with our morning coffee watching the deer eat from the apple trees. We did some shopping in town and went on a few hikes around the area. Everything was beautiful! Things to note: There are a lot of stairs in the house and the steps to the attic are definitely steep (as advertised), but this was a perfect bedroom for the kids! The house is very close to the main street of Windham and the slopes. The main street had plenty of restaurants and small convenience stores, but the main grocery store is about 20-25 minutes away. We came up with a lot of food from home and went out on the first day to get some produce and perishables. After that we were basically set for the week! We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or stay here again!

Amazing quiet retreat

Very nice vacation

We had an excellent stay. Mario was very responsive and communicated well. Checked in with us while we were there just to make sure we were comfortable. Indoor pool was clutch - heated perfectly where it was enjoyable to swim in and still cooled you down. Our kids were in it non stop. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Nice playground for the kids, cool little par 3 for the parents. It’s quiet, clean and overall a very nice place to get away for a few days.

Weekend reunion with friends

9 of us rented the house to meet up for a long overdue weekend. We love to cook and the house had everything we needed including sharp knives! The pool was a blast. Nice big dining room table to hold us all. Lots of deer in the yard. Very sweet.

A Weekend in Windham to remember

We returned from an absolutely terrific weekend at this property in celebration of a big 4-0 birthday. The house is clean, beautiful, well maintained, and perfect for entertaining a group or family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable, the living areas, TV, game room and POOL left every person with a place to relax and have fun. The property is breathtaking and Mario is extremely responsive to any question or needs. We were in touch before, during, and after our stay and his hospitality is top notch. Instructions were clear, amenities were spot on, and we are already talking about making this an annual trip. Thanks for a wonderful weekend at your home!
