Upon entering this beautiful townhome, you will notice the spacious front patio and seating for up to 6 guests, a perfect outdoor space to entertain on a summer evening.

The living area features modern décor and 10 ft. vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of seating with the sectional and 2 chairs and there is a large wall mounted television.
The dining room space seats eight at the large wooded table and two additional at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen features top of the line stainless steel appliances, and elegant cabinetry, and granite counter-tops.

As you make your way to the second story, there is a washroom halfway up the first flight of stairs. Each bedroom in this unit has access to a balcony and will feature a flat screen television. The first guest bedroom is located on the second floor and has a King bed. Down the hall is a full bathroom, granite counter-tops with a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen over queen bunk bed with a twin trundle and has an attached full bath with granite counter tops and a tub/shower combination.

The elegant master located on the 3rd floor and has a king bed. Along with a fireplace, granite counter-tops, beautiful garden bath and walk-in shower, this master suite aims to please!

*The home also offers a golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.
