New and comfortable house ideally located for your vacation.
A few steps from L'Espace Loisirs de Gujan-Mestras (aqualand, kid Park, swimming pool, laser LĂ€nder, tree climbing etc.) and 5 minutes from the beach, SNCF station, the port and shops by car.
Our house is made to welcome you for vacations with family or friends.
You can enjoy a barbecue and plancha area outside, a pétanque court and a small children's play and sand area. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, a separate WC, a large open kitchen and a living/dining room.
A deposit check of €250 will be requested upon entry.

Beautiful home - wonderful stay.

My husband and I spent 9 nights here recently with our adult son and daughter. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the facilities are like new. The attention to detail is second to none. The garden is a great space to relax, with comfortable furniture and a lovely outdoor dining area. The air conditioning was much appreciated. There are excellent facilities for families travelling with babies or young children. The location was perfect for us. We like to walk, so we're happy to walk to the plage, restaurants and train station in La Hume (35 mins walk). It was also a great base for us to explore the area by car. We visited Arcachon, Cap Ferret, dunes du pilat and Andernos Les Bains. The owners were prompt with communication. Check in was easy. This house is perfect! Don't hesitate to book.

Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© la maison trĂšs propre, magnifiquement Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et mĂȘme plus avec de nombreux produits de base pour la cuisine alimentaire et son entretien . De trĂšs gentilles attentions dans le frigo et mĂȘme dans le congĂ©lateur ( glaces, frites au four, glaçons).Bonne literie et lits faits Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ( trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©).Seul petit bĂ©mol signalĂ©: un apport de lumiĂšre supplĂ©mentaire dans la cuisine/ salle Ă  manger serait apprĂ©ciĂ© pour des yeux de septuagĂ©naires.L’environnement est relativement calme. Il faut peut ĂȘtre fermer les fenĂȘtres des 2 chambres cĂŽtĂ© rue le matin car voitures y passent Ă  vive allure. Une des 3 chambres donne sur la climatisation placĂ©e Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et un voisin qui laisse ses lumiĂšres d’entrĂ©e toujours allumĂ©es mais nous n’y avons pas dormi.Le parc de la Cheneraie Ă  5’ Ă  pieds est magnifique, Ă  l’ombre pour de belles balades Ă  pied avec le chien, du jogging et mĂȘme du vĂ©lo.
