Studio with pool

Brand-new studio, very quiet, private terrace, pool access, private parking, bus stop 300 metres away for trips to city centre Bordeaux, airport 15 minutes away by car, 30 minutes from the ocean, beaches, lake, the most famous wine châteaux, and the Médoc Golf Course. Surrounded by bike paths, the studio is a great starting point for beautiful bike rides, a few days’ holiday, or a business trip (close to Ariane Group sites).
Accommodation
The studio is very bright and attached to my house; the entrance is through a bay window facing the small terrace. There are shutters on the window and on the bay window. The studio measures 23 square metres and features electric heating. The open-plan space is visually divided to separate the sleeping area from the kitchen area. The bed measures 160×200; there is a closet for storing clothes, a shelf, and a bathroom with a toilet inside; the shower is spacious (120×90) and includes a towel warmer.
Guest access
Access to the private studio, the shared pool, and the washing machine and dryer.
Additional notes
Given rising energy prices and in an effort to conserve energy, for stays longer than 2 days, an additional charge will apply for electricity consumption exceeding 6 kWh per day and water consumption exceeding 150 litres per day.
