This 2020-built Key West style 3/2 home is a 15 minute scenic walk to a pristine beach & Atlantic Ocean, has 2 KING BEDROOMS & 1 room with 2 twins that covert to a king. It has all you need to enjoy this area of Florida! Walk 5 minutes to Hammock Dunes Resort to save $ for events there. St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA, is 20 miles down A1A. The intracoastal waterway & the park/boat ramp is about a mile away. Bring paddle boards, boat, jet skis, kayaks, bicycles, fishing poles or rent them!

Stay with us, relax & explore this beautiful area of old Florida, including St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA! This home has everything you need to enjoy this pristine area.

For the very youngest guests....there's a pack & play, portable high chair, stroller, & bouncy seat. We have knick-knacks around that you are welcome to collect & put in the pantry when you get there . We want you to be relaxed & enjoy your stay! Let us know if there are any other baby/other items that will be of help to you & we'll try to accommodate your request.

March Magic

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We area from a rural town/neighborhood so at first blush, the property being on a busy road was a little disconcerting to us. It quickly became clear that we were in a quiet, clean house in a perfect location to access beaches and routes to any where we wanted to go. We did not plan on sitting around, but rather go golfing, visit Daytona, tour St. Augustine, hit area parks, bike trails, and beaches. It was perfect for us.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our spring break stay! It had everything we needed and was close to many restaurants. It was also super convenient as we had family staying at the Cinammon Beach condos across the street!

Nice house

House was very nice. We could have used the following: microwave safe containers for cooking; vegetable steamer and more than one sharpe knife. I believe toilets and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival

This house hooked both of our hearts right away because it was built in late 2020 & it's amazing location, near both the beautiful, clean beach as well as the intracoastal waterway. This home's floor plan is so well laid out.

This home is in an up & coming area, Hammock Dunes, & is a 5-10 minute walk to Hammock Dunes Resort for those who want to save $ when attending events there.
