Peaceful Home with a Private Guest House in the Backyard! Easy Beach Access!
Experience this cozy and serene Driftwood Home with your own Private Studio Cottage out back! Located on a street leading you directly to the newly built Bay Dr. Ocean Beach Park!
In the prime Palm Coast/ Flagler Beach area, this is a newly remodeled Home and Private Cottage. The home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the newly renovated Private Cottage has a full bathroom, kitchenette, and pullout sofa bed!
Perfect for a big group to come to the beach! We can easily sleep 10! This is a large private property next to a natural wooded lot, for a more peaceful and serene visit to the beach. Around the back of the house, there is a convenient outdoor pavilion which can be a seating and entertaining area with family and friends or use it as a covering for your outdoor beach toys, bikes and chairs. There is also an outside shower for your convenience.
You will have access to the entire main house, and the entire guest house in the back.
Bike, walk, or drive directly down the street to the brand new and expansive Bay Drive Park, which is your direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida!
This beach park also includes trails around a fishing pond, a 2-story covered pavilion with public bathrooms and showers, and vehicle/ handicap parking.
Apart from being just minutes from the beach, and Bay Dr. Park, it’s also a short drive 10 minute drive to downtown Flagler Beach. You can also head north into America’s oldest, and beloved city, St Augustine - and explore their historical downtown!
Right nearby, this area of Palm Coast also offers many entertainment venues and restaurants. The historic Bing’s Landing, is a large public boat ramp, and park, where you can enjoy Captain’s BBQ. There is several other great dining establishments like Roadies, Bronx New York Pizza, JD’s Fish shack and 386.
As for groceries and necessities there is a Publix supermarket, and a gas station just 2 minutes away.
Amongst other things, we are located minutes from Marineland Amusement Park, where you can swim with dolphins and see other aquatic life!
