We have rented several VRBO properties and this one by far was the most stocked one we have ever stayed at. It has everything you need for your stay! Pool and patio are beautiful!

Great Vacation

Rooms were large. Love that there were pool toys and pool towels. Everything furnished in the kitchen and bath. Pool was well taken care of. We had to sweep up dead bugs and candy wrappers as well as wipe the kitchen down. Roaches in the kitchen, pantry and refrigerator. Would recommend an exterminator or treat the house. Having bugs crawl across the couch is disturbing.

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was great!

The house was equipped with all the necessities, even extra pool towels! I gave one less 🌟 for having to deal with the management company. If I was the owner, I would look for a new company. Melanie was not friendly and lacks communication skills. Several different occasions she promised to contact me but did not follow through.

Not As Restful As I hoped

There were pluses and minuses with this rental. The pluses are the home was spacious, the neighborhood was quiet, and the heated pool was great. Overall, it was not a relaxing place to be due to the excessive demands that guests clean everything. Once you book, you will be given a long list of how they want you to clean before the cleaning service comes on check out day. These items include doing all your dishes, cleaning the floor for the maids, wiping down all appliances inside, doing a load of towels before you check out, taking out all of your trash (emptying out the vacuum after each use), and replacing all furniture and items that are plugged in. If you don't follow this extreme check list you get threatened with fines for $100. I don't even empty the vacuum after each use at home?! As a mom, I was very stressed staying here due to these cleaning rules and the threat of $100 if something gets left unplugged. Please hire a cleaning service that will actually clean so the guests don't have to leave everything spotless. Also, people should know that if they book the place in the winter the heated pool automatically shuts off when the temp is less than 50 degrees. Finally, owners please immediately replace all of the scratched Teflon pots and pans in the house, they are carcinogenic to use.

The house was very clean and well equipped. Having stayed in many VRBO houses, I can easily say this was the best house I have stayed in!! Excellent accommodation! Great for friends and family. Very private back yard with a great pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and I enjoyed evening walks around the block.I highly recommend anyone looking at this house, complete the reservation and enjoy the stay.

Perfect for our efforts in area

We stayed as a group of employees working for Klock Werks during the Biketoberfest rally. Perfect drive from Daytona to get away, plenty of access to restaurants along the way. We loved it so much we did carry out and hung out at the house. Owners were responsive and attentive to our needs, we will be back.

Awesome place to stay

My family and I love this house. Everything about the house was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the blanket and pillows on the bed in the one queen bedroom were all dusty. I had to wash them so my daughter could sleep in there. It’s possible that the bedroom hadn’t been used in a while. But other than that, we were completely satisfied.

Relaxation and Family fun

The check in process was flawless. The home is VERY clean. The description true. The home is close to stores and resturants. Palm Coast is a beautiful town. There is plenty of room for everyone to be together or spend some alone. Sitting by the pool in the morning is so peaceful. I will book this location again. The host is very helpful with anything you will need.

Loved our stay in this nicely updated pool home.

Well updated home in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space for family. We had a great time with family and enjoyed the pool and the area. We travelled to spend time in Daytona Beach for this trip. We would recommend this home for those who need space and may have multiple cars, as they have a large driveway.

Biketoberfest rental

Perfect location for Biketoberfest week. Nice big driveway for the truck, trailer and a couple of bikes. Relaxing in the pool was a great way to unwind after a fay of riding. The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we could need.

Girls Weekend 2023
