MODERN/HEATED SALTWATER POOL/CLOSE TO BEACH/PET FRIENDLY/FENCED YARD

Located in Palm Harbor area, Close to beach, shopping, and Restaurants. We welcome you to our new home in Palm Coast. EVERYTHING is new and higher quality. We have furnished and stocked this house as it were
a year round primary home. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances,
tile floor thru out, bamboo window treatments, stone showers, plenty of closet space with built in shelving ,fire pit out back in the beautiful fenced in yard, Plenty of entertaining by the heated pool (October thru april) . There is cable t.v. in all bedrooms, the living room , and the screened in porch by the pool. The master has a queen bed , along with the 2nd bedroom . The third bedroom has a bunkbed
with a twin over a full and twin trundle (3total) .There is also a folding crib and high chair for the little ones. Located in the garage are some bikes & helmets to enjoy nearby bike trails and a ping pong table for some fun. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas , coolers, and beach wagon to use on those lazy beach days. Flagler & Jungle Hut Beach are nearby


Centrally located between Daytona Beach and Historic St. Augustine. Both approximately 25 minutes away. Perfect one day getaway to Disney (90Minutes away) . Great restaurants , outdoor markets, shopping outlets, golf and beach nearby

This property was wonderful and a great place for our family of four and our two dogs. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you needed for those home cooked meals. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was so warm and relaxing. Neighborhood was nice and friendly - everyone would wave and say hi. The park at the end of the street was as a nice treat that we all enjoyed. Very conveniently located less than a mile from Publix and other stores. And to top it off watching the March madness games in the screened in porch was so fun. Would highly recommend this rental and may be one of our families favorites to date.

This house was fantastic for two dogs and a girls trip. The lanai is where we spent most of our time and the pool was incredible. Such a great house from start to finish. I recommend for families and girls trips alike.

Great location for a family trip. Wonderful location. The best by far is the pool area and screened in patio. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and pool area. Excellent property.

Lovely home with everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood, private lot and close to everything we needed. The house is very well equipped with everything including beach chairs and bikes. We really enjoyed the pool and there is a great park close by with basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground/splashpads, dog park and more. Close drive to the beach and great food. The owner is sweet and very responsive. Definitely worth checking out!

We head south twice a year to visit family and friends. So happy we found this property. It is where stay everytime. It is close to everything you would need and for us, it's close to who we want see. The fenced in yard is great for pup. The pool is always a bonus. Great place to stay.

We had a great time at this property. The pool was fabulous, and the neighborhood is wonderful. There is a park right down at the end of the street that is great for the kids and dogs. Will definitely return.

The house is amazing for entertaining by the pool. With a heated pool, and a great out door area, this house will be sure to enhance your stay while your in the area. All of my family end up coming to this one house while we stayed in the area before our cruise. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Great vacation home!

We really enjoyed this home, it is very comfortable, has everything you need, and in a nice neighborhood that is close to restaurants, stores and the beach, the pool was heated to a very comfortable temp for the January weather and the yard is fenced for privacy, our dogs loved the yard and we didn’t have to worry about them out there. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and has that at the beach vacation feel, the house owners were great and worked with us on a scheduling issue, we highly recommend it!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The warm pool was amazing! We stayed a month and the host resolved the few issues we had very quickly. Stores and restaurants are very close and practical. The only thing needing improvement would be the BBQ and the outdoor furniture. Having said that, we do recommend staying at this home. You won’t regret it!

Great stay in Palm Coast

We really enjoyed the property. The home is in a family friendly community, people wave and say hello when you walk or drive through. We enjoyed the park at the end of the street. The house is nicely decorated and clean. All the extras are included (beach towels, pool floats, bikes, a few games). The beds are comfortable and the showers have good pressure. We would stay again if ever in the area again.

2019 Vacation

Property was great, owner did a great job on house and communicated with me when I had a question. Was odd with TV not being cable so took us about 2 days to get it figured out. We were there at the time the Hurricane was suppose to hit, home owner kept us updated and zone we were in so she was very helpful. Property was close to beach , shopping, restaurants and interstate. Owners had everything we needed, you could ride bikes, swim, games, grill, campfire, beach towels, coolers, ping pong table. I would go back for sure.

While this home served its purpose for our group, the overall experience was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues.The property’s condition upon arrival was fair, however the floors were dirty - we had two small babies crawling on the floor and carpet - within a few minutes, their feet and clothes were black. We had to purchase our own supplies to clean. We found moldy coffee grounds left in the machine. The bed sheets in the master were blood stained and had to be changed. Furthermore, the outdoor furniture was so badly damaged that it was completely unusable.We also encountered significant utility and appliance limitations:Electrical Issues: The home’s electrical system could not handle multiple appliances; running the dryer caused a power surge that knocked out both the lights and the internet.Plumbing: The water heater malfunctioned repeatedly, requiring us to reset the breaker manually. Despite our efforts, we ran out of hot water twice for our group of six adults and two babies.Safety: The primary lock on the sliding glass door was broken, forcing us to rely solely on a backup floor lock.Kitchen: The coffee maker eventually malfunctioned, leaking and creating a mess on the counter tops.Given these issues, we cannot recommend this rental in its current state.

I am very surprised to read Christine’s view . I was there when she walked in as she said “0h wow this is beautiful “. The house is beautiful and I maintain it to a tee . The floors are tile and mopped after each guest so I am really not sure what she is referring to . Yes there is simple latch on the bottom of the door labeled lock Again the house was very clean so i know there was no cleaning supplies needed . Please read the other reviews

Perfect Vacation House!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home, and hope to visit again in the future! It was clean, spacious and we really enjoyed the backyard/pool! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and located close to many beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful

This is the second time we stayed at this house. We hope to come back next year. The house is immaculate and beautifully designed. The host leaves little touches like towels shaped like animals and pretty soaps in the bathroom, much like a hotel would. The pool is large snd clean and the backyard is lovely. The fenced in yard allowed us to bring our dog. The house is close to the beaches and tons of shopping and restaurants. Flaglar beach is only about 15 minutes away. The screened in porch with fan and ping pong table has comfortable outdoor furniture and was great for evenings and when it rained. There are beach towels, pool toys, a cooler and bicycles for renters to use. Ask and all, great place to stay!

I could have stayed at home to watch TV

The property was nice. We chose this property primarily for the private pool and the other amenities that were listed like the outdoor grill and the beach wagon with a tent and chairs so we didn’t have to pack all the extra stuff due to limited space in our vehicle. We were scheduled for Mon - Fri. The pool was scheduled for maintenance on Wed, evidently the pool pump was not working properly according to the pool boy and he had to shock the pool because of all the algae and we could not use it for 24hrs; the pool boy said he would be back 1st thing Thursday morning to finish the pool so we could use it on Thursday. And to make matters worse there was a heavy rain that lasted for a couple of hrs and later that night the pool pump started spraying water everywhere. My husband went to cut the pump off and we notified the host by text of the problem. A guy from the pool company came to fix the pool pump that Thursday morning and thanked us for cutting off the pool pump because that would have caused a lot of problems if we didn’t. The pool boy didn’t show up until around 11:00 or later on Thursday and said that we still can’t use the pool, he had to shock it again due to the pump not working correctly and we could swim Friday. That was no good for us because we were leaving Friday morning. So, to make the long story short, we didn’t get to use the pool except for a few hours the day we arrived. We got in the pool close to night time to swim and the pool lights were not working so we had to get out when it got to dark. We got to swim for a few hours on Tuesday. We did not plan on going to the beach while we were here, but since the pool was closed for Wed we decided to go to the beach. We looked for the beach wagon and beach supplies in the garage but, they were nowhere to be found. The outside grill was extremely filthy, would have probably caught on fire if we tried to use it. None of the amenities for entertainment were useful on our trip. Should have just stayed at home because all we could do was watch tv. The host was very nonchalant about everything going on. She did not offer any solutions to the problems. I contacted her thru VRBO and stated that I would like to receive some type of reimbursement for the missed pool days and she said she would give a refund for the inconvenience and I have not seen that either. I have contacted her twice since we left (by VRBO and her cell phone) and she has not responded to any form of communication.

The perfect home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect in every way. The heated pool made the house even more perfect. My only caution is that if you have pet allergies you may want to consider staying elsewhere. Sitting on the couches caused a few allergy flair ups for some of us even though the house was clean.

Close to all conveniences

Just a get away to see some family in the area. Centrally located to shops, a short drive to St. Augustine or Daytona. The fenced in yard was so convenient to allow the dog to rome free, which was a plus for us. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Would suggest this property to anyone.

Summer Getaway

I traveled to Palm Coast for a month with my mother, friend, and 5 year old step daughter. My friend and I worked remotely some of the days. Having the pool was the best because it gave my mom and step daughter something to do while I was working. On our days off, we spent time at St. Augustine beach, the Alligator farm, downtown St. Augustine, Daytona Lagoon (water park), Sweet Pete’s (Jacksonville) and the St. Augustine aquarium. The house is in a perfect location for day trips and local amenities (Publix os about 4 mins away as well as great restaurants). Also, within walking distance is the park - equipped with a fabulous playground and splash pad, dog parks, walking trail, tennis courts, etc…. Needless to say, we never ran out of options for activities. The house is well equipped. Perfect layout - the lanai is great and loved the yard being fenced in since we traveled with the pups. The beds were super comfortable too! All in all - we had such a great trip. There’s no area where this property is lacking. We were all so happy being able to get away and have a change of scenery at this beautiful property. I would highly recommend this property! We’ve only been home a few days and can’t wait to go back!
