Pickens; pool overlooks sandy beach along Santa Rosa Sound; covered parking for 2 with elevator access; On Trolley Stop; Sunsets in the summer from the sound beach are absolutely stunning !!
2 adult bikes & 2 paddle boards are also provided with this unit along with beach chairs, beach buggy & sand toys

The complex is small, gated & quiet - there is only a public park between this property and miles of national park with absolutely pristine beaches and scenery; this property has been lovingly restored since purchase in 2020; you will feel like you are visiting your best friend's home when you vacation with us

Two patios that overlook the Gulf of Mexico; fully stocked cook's kitchen; hotel quality linens and furnishings; 2 bikes, 2 paddle boards, beach chairs & buggy make for a great adventure stay; we are centered between the Gulf on one side & the Santa Rosa sound & easy access to both
