Gulf Front 2 bedroom Beautiful Pensacola Beach

Beautiful 2 bedroom/1.5 bath, 5th floor gulf front beach condo with awesome southwest views down the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, washer/dryer within the unit, 3 sets of large sliding glass doors lead to the huge private balcony overlooking the beach/gulf. Sleeps up to 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, full size in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The property also includes a gulf side swimming pool and double tennis court. The condo can sleep up to 6 people, however no more than 4 adults please. No pets/ no smoking. Minimum age of 23 to reserve.

June and July months rent by the week only (Saturday-Saturday). If you are requesting anything other, please inquire first prior to booking.
Memorial Day weekend is a 4 night stay May 22-26. You can add days before or after. Please inquire first.

Check in time is after 4pm. Please inquire if checking in after 10pm
Check out time is by 10am central time
We may be able to accommodate changes, but please inquire when reserving

Thanks to our host and the amazing condo, we had a great time at Pensacola beach. Lots to do in the area with a great place to come back to. The kitchen was all the needed appliances for eating most of the time. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella already there. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Beach Home Away From Home

Spacious and comfortable condo, right on the beach. Felt like home, and had everything we needed (including plenty of towels and bedding) except food and sunscreen.

This condo was great! It was everything the listing said and more. It was very clean and the communication was excellent. The walk from the condo to the beach was super short and easy. I would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

Great place to enjoy a relaxing trip to the beach!

Really enjoyed our stay. Was met by one of the owners, who went over everything including local places to eat and shop. We arrived late, and he was good enough to meet us late at night. The condo is very spacious, great views of the beach, very quiet. All in all just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again!

Great view and location

Very Nice Condo

We are local to the area, and decided to have a little staycation. The price was very competitive, and the Condo was very Nice inside and out. The condo was clean as can be, check-in process was easy. We couldn't ask for a better experience. 5 stars for the property, and managers. We appreciate it, and look forward to staying again some time soon!

Family Vaca July 2019

My family had a great time. We loved the location. The owners were very accommodating and communication was easy. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen was well stocked, would recommend adding some mixing bowls though. Couch was comfy, would upgrade the chair in living room, it was not comfortable. And would upgrade the balcony furniture. All that being said we loved the condo and would definitely stay here again.

Nice but a few improvements would be great

Very nice unit. However a few items needed to be pointed out. We have a queen bed but the main bed is smaller than our queen. The bed squeaks sometimes. A full body shower head would be nice.

Cozy and perfect

First off, communication from Steve and Bob is excellent! Friendly and responded to everything in a timely manner. Thank you, Steve. Thank you, Bob. The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to get away for a long weekend. SO COZY! We absolutely loved it! You can sit on the couch to relax and watch tv after a long day of beach relaxation LOL and still see the beautiful gulf. Morning coffee on the large balcony is nothing short of spectacular with an incredible view. You have access to the balcony from the living area and master bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy. We had all we needed to have a home away from home. Easy pool and beach access. It’s a 10/10 for us and we will absolutely be staying again! Thank you again for an excellent mini vacay!
