Regency Towers 205 West offers two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight people - perfect for a family vacation! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an adjoining primary bathroom. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds, and there are an additional two twin size roll-away beds available.

Regency Towers is in a great location on Pensacola Beach and the towers directly face the Gulf of Mexico. The beach resort features a number of amenities, including a community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. There are several attractions nearby, so you can spend the day riding wave-runners on the water or shopping for the perfect souvenir. Great vacation

Found the perfect spot….this little gem was a great place to stay. Being able to witness and welcome the Blue Angels coming home was the best! All we had to do is walk to the beach and enjoy the fly by! Love the location…away from the hustle!

Perfect Beach Getaway

What a great place to stay. We loved the condo. It has amazing views from the patio, living room and master bedroom. It’s in a quiet spot on the property. The condo itself is large, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Winter getaway

Great condo. Especially appreciated the laundry facilities. Will be perfect once the walkway over the dunes is completed. Hope to return. Wish there was a monthly rate for snowbirds!

The perfect place

I can't say enough about this amazing property! The size, the furnishings, the rooms, the balcony, the proximity to the beach....it was all just perfect! Next time we come, we want to stay for the entire week! After 20 years of coming to Florida for vacation, we have finally found the perfect place.

Beach Vacay

Condo was very well decorated & maintained and was very clean. :) Really loved the condo and the balcony!!! Location was a bit less desirable as it's a few miles from the restaurants and shops. Beach was great!!! Pool was freezing cold (but kids liked it). Had a touch of a retirement community feel given the array of building residents that lived there. Overall it was a good stay, but likely wouldn't stay there again solely due to the location.

Girls’ Trip 2021

This was a great property! The on-line description and the pictures posted were a true representation of the condo. The pool area was very nice and this entire complex, while older, was very well maintained. The unit was literally steps from the elevator which made it so easy to bring in personal belongings and groceries. It is just a short walk over their boardwalk to the beach and you can catch the free Pensacola Beach Trolley right at the entrance to Regency Towers. We truly enjoyed our stay here - it was hard to leave!

Get a way

Wonderful condo - great views - comfortable beds - plenty of hot water - all amenities in kitchen Only recommendation is updated and more functional patio furniture Couldn’t eat a meal out there, need 2 chairs to relax in with coffee or wine and small table for drinks/phone/book etc Outdated not comfortable and rusted Loved the set up of the condo and decor !

Tv wasn’t working on Saturday check-in. Worked for about two hours went out again. Someone came on Tuesday. Called the provider. Couldn’t get a repairman until the following Saturday- my checkout day. I’m 77. Limited physical abilities so the tv was my only entertainment as the Vrbo listed as entertainment- the tv. Of course looking at ocean and beach was beautiful but night did come. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Also there were bird feathers everywhere. And a black hair in a bowl in pantry. So I didn’t use any utensils. I could have washed everything but wasn’t my idea idea of a vacation. Definitely won’t be back to this facility.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING VIEW! Just a few feet from the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Furnishings are just what you would think a beach cottage should be. We will be back next year! Deck furniture definitely needs to be updated. Perhaps a small high top dining table and comfortable chairs. Don’t forget to bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods.
